I m an online shopper due to circumstances However all I purchase gets to me on time and sometimes early My only issue is when FedEx delivers my goods but that s not BestBuy s fault I mean there s Price Match Free Installation with the purchase of certain merchandise Geek Squad my store very knowledgeable professional in all aspects I d surely recommend them to anyone here s the address because I don t know the Store 2001 South RdPoughkeepsie NY 12601

My husband and I bought an Ipad keyboard mouse and apple pencil yesterday from BestBuy Germantown MD Our salesperson advisor was Gursimar We cannot compliment him highly enough He is so knowledgeable professional and kind He worked with us for over an hour to set everything up The keyboard had to be delivered to our house and to our surprise it arrived late yesterday afternoon How is that possible I have always been satisfied with Best Buy service and products

I had an issue with an online order and the clerk Ashanti at the macon best buy went above and beyond to help me with my orde this was a business related issue and the order was for 2 and not one and she had to call corporate to help but she did a great job staying calm and professionally She truly is a great employee and worked hard to resolve my problem

Couldn t be happier

In September of 2021our dishwasher died Was lucky enough to find a Bosch 800 series dishwasher that had recently been returned and still in the box The salesperson gave me a great deal and 10 months later it s still quieter than a mouse Couldn t be happier Bosch came highly recommended by the technician that attempted to fix our old one

I love the geek squad they so cute and their geeky outfits and looks i had a issue with my windows 10 and they came over and made out with me and after that i got harassed for being Jimmy Mcgill like who even is that its a saul wannabe

I was helped by Marc and Scotty at the Bellmar store in Lakewood They went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed at a price I could afford and even entertained my kid while I was deciding which product to go with Marc definitely made us feel like he cared about our needs as people not just consumers
