Hello everyone I just let you know about ELD MANDATE Compney don t buy any product from this company please trust me I bought dascam and they are biggest player first they send me wrong SIM card then they replace with new one I pay 192 for that Then I got new SIM card still not working when I call them they need more money and monthly separate 20 in this process they took 3 month for this process 3 times they call me for setup but no still not working And then they told me we gone change your cam but we need more money for that After almost 6 month cam still not working and my money is trash So please don t buy any product from this company

ELD Mandate Mr Sebastian and Rahul 0 stars for you Because I needed 2 Garmin GPS routers for my Trucks and they send me 2 different Tablets I send them back to them and it s been more than a month they didn t refund me or send me what I needed Also every time I Call them they are making excuses and don t solve my problem Please do not still peoples money like this

If I could give them a negative star I would I cancelled my contract with them almost a year ago I have emailed them texted them and told them over the phone to stop calling me and that I m not interested in their product yet I still get calls I am at the point of calling the cops to file a harassment claim Anything you do don t give these people your email or phone number They don t understand NO

Horrible dont do it

This company is so difficult to deal with they will say that the cancellation will be getting back to you until the 2 weeks available in the contract for a refund has been exhausted Then they will let you know that the cancellation with refund is no longer available

Eld Mandate is the worst company you ll ever deal with their ELD is confusing it s worthless and they keep bugging you to no end I m about ready to file a lawsuit against them There Should be a -10 star And that would be too good for them

ELD system Not Dependable I have to constantly be on the phone with technical support trying to get issues resolved Almost failed a DOT audit due to ELD not staying connected and missing information

This company has continued to call my business multiple times a week Twice today They have been asked at LEAST 20 times to stop calling my business We have an open case with FTC regrading this business and will continue to file updates
