Hi I m Daljinder Singh from EPS Logistics Inc I always have problems with the software issue with ELD Mandate it needs a lot of improvement I called and spoken too many individuals that work there and they never no the core of the problem they will tell me to wait and someone will call me and it goes on But there was a chance where mike helped me and he was able to resolve the issue I had He took the time and determination to help me I was very happy he is the only one that is able to handle is job very well We need more people like Mike or have Mike train others that have no knowledge whatsoever I recommend Mike if you are having software issues with the ELD Mandate
