Don t buy a mattress on the internet Expensive experiance Go to a shop

Had to threaten legal action bed incorrect size Small double bed made to wrong size measuring 114cms width website incorrectly states 122cms Therefore my standard 120cm small double mattress wouldn t fit Also waited over 3 months for bed to be made when website states 8-10 weeks for this Company had audacity to try and charge me 50 for bed to be returned but my Which solicitor was prepared to go to court over this stating it was a clearcut case as Endurance Beds please note also known by Reinforced Beds supplied a bed of incorrect size The worst case of Customer Service I think I have ever come across they stated it was not their fault and that I d have to pay 50 for bed to be collected Thankfully my solicitor discovered the name of the company owner so we could bypass Customer Services and I informed the owner I would take legal action Eventually after several more emails I was given a goodwill full refund but an accompanying apology was not forthcoming I paid for the bed on 20th July but did not a refund until 25th October 23 This has caused me enormous time wastage both assembling the bed then disassembling it then attempting to package up for return Astoundingly I was then warned that if the bed came back damaged in any way there would be a deduction from my refund Avoid this company if something goes wrong even if it is entirely their fault they will attempt to bully you into paying a 50 collection fee and there is absolutely no attempt to put things right I had to send in umpteen photo s of my evidence for incorrect size but this was not accepted and they asked for more photo s after which they asked for even more My Which solicitor said they had me on the runaround and stated he thought I had been treated appallingly especially as they had zero chance of winning the case if it went to court Avoid this company they will not take responsibility for their mistakes - just get a bed from a reputable company and save yourself the hassle

Extremely disappointing service and product from Endurance Beds I had read previous bad reviews but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt I ordered the a steel bed frame on their website including assembly with 6-8 week delivery time for a total of 819 including 50 for delivery and assembly and 160 for spray painting In Week 8 I emailed to confirm if it would be delivered and they told me there is a delay in production I asked why they didn t inform me that the delivery was delayed and they said they are a small business Over the next 2-3 weeks I am the one who had to chase for progress Product was eventually delivered in week 13 after placing the order Endurance Beds informed me on dispatch that their website had an error and they don t offer assembly for their metal bed frames but they would honour it due to delay in delivery as if they are doing me a favour The bed frame arrived with patches of paint missing quite evident that it was not from damage but from them missing parts when spray painting Endurance Beds offered me a can of spray paint I asked for a refund of the 160 I paid for the painting and the fact I will now have to move the mattress myself protect the surrounding areas and paint the bed myself They refused and offered me a refund of 15 23 Their justification is they had to spend extra to assemble the product which was an error they made on their website - essentially penalising me for a substandard product delivered to me Extremely insulting and would advise everyone to not order from this despicable company

It says 3 weeks for delivery it s been 8 weeks ans still no bed Emailed every week for past 5 weeks kept getting told next week 4 kids have been sleeping on mattresses on the floor there s no space to move in the room

Absolutely dreadful service from this company My worst online purchase experience EVER Parts arrived damaged repeatedly had to be remade were incorrectly sized I ordered a bespoke size which seemed to be beyond their capabilities communication was terrible and I had to hassle to get any response Took 3 months and 4 deliveries to finally get the parts to put the bed together

We paid for white glove delivery and assembly which they failed to provide - they left the bed in pieces on the wrong floor of the house saying it wouldn t fit We paid another company to finish the job Endurance refused to reimburse us for the white glove service they failed to provide

Purchased 7 foot cotwold style bed and accompanying mattress I received a call from the company not long after the purchase to ask if I wanted to put a zip in the mattress for an extra 150 as the courier may damage it in transit I was confused so just stated don t damage it in transit please Bed arrived and is of really good quality- sturdy looks good and the delivery was spot on The mattress delivery was a disaster for a 7 foot heavy duty mattress the two slight looking guys could barely lift it off the ground I was informed at that point that a zip would have been handy to fold it so that it could be easy moved up two flights of stairs It would have been nice to have been told that on the call I received They had the audacity to charge me 75 to get it redelivered with two strong fellas this time These guys had no problem but the mattress had to be folded to get it up the stairs voiding the warranty and there is a slight dent in the middle now It a shame as the bed was perfect
