The bed look very nice

The bed look very nice solid and well design However the communication with the Endurancebed was not great

very nice products delivery was good we had an issue with the slats that were delivered with the bed and they quickly sorted it out

We have bought twice from Endurance

We have bought twice from Endurance Beds now We bought wooden bunk beds and later a king-size metal bed frame We love both The only reason for 4 stars not 5 is that the bunk beds which are supposed to be suitable for adults had an impossibly small clearance between the bottom and top bunks the gap being just 68 cm normal is 80 to 90 cm We had to get Endurance Beds to make spacers and a longer ladder to raise the top bunk by 22 cm This added 124 to the cost Having said that I m very glad that Endurance Beds were able to fix the problem for us by making spacers The quality of both beds is high - very solid

Great product and customer service

The mattress is great but there were some issues Endurance were extremely quick to reply to my emails and resolve the problems but unfortunately we had two oversize mattresses delivered before the right size 6 3 long finally arrived Mattress is very good quality and will last for years The delivery was good on the whole but not without a couple of hiccups

Ordered a bed and mattress Arrived and delivered as agreed Unfortunately one part of the bed was a wrong piece The matter was sorted out quickly problems happen - it is how they are dealt with that marks out a good organisation I now have a sturdy attractive bed and a good mattress Assembly was easy instructions clear and tools were provided

Nice quality wood bed frame

Really liked the bed when it arrived particularly the colour The slats are very heavy duty and it was easy to out together except no instructions for the middle support for the Super King size we ordered Would have been nice to have an option for taller bed head as we have a very deep mattress It took quite a few phone calls to Endurance to chase up delivery timescales which went over slightly and the delivery company Panther were quite disorganised and a few hours later than planned

Fabulous solid bed

Fabulous solid bed - no creaking I must have looked at every UK beds website before settling on this one More expensive but worth it I ve taken off one star because 1 of 4 drawers arrived damaged - but it was picked up and replaced without a quibble
