What went right would be an easier question to answer A very extended delivery date saw the first bed had a very poor paint job and so returned After another very extended delivery they sent the wrong size bed really happy after having to dismantle the bed After yet another heavily protracted delay with one cancelled delivery they eventually sent the bed we bought and paid for Then came the battle for compensation While the company asked me to understand that they were experiencing staffing issues they didn t seem to have to understand the issues that they caused in getting us the bed we paid for over 5 months before Now please do not get me wrong each member of staff I dealt with were very nice and apologetic which I appreciated and I would like to say that the final product we are very happy with The bed itself is very well made and if I was rating the product alone it would have been 5 stars however sadly the whole experience left me with customer dissatisfaction hence the rating
