Had the same scam experience everyone had with this fraud company Went to Portugal on vacation on July 2023 and had a paid vignette with Pagatelia via-T I received two notifications and fines for Eur18 81 and Eur112 45 Pagatelia in Spain did not take responsibility although they claim you can drive through via-verde in Portugal I paid Today I received a notification from this fraud company EPCPlc saying I still have to pay I m starting a case with my lawyers against all of these companies Don t even bother to reply I should write an email to have my case reviewed by your company Do your job and go after the companies hired by you to bully people into paying fraudulent fines Fraud scam thieves that s what you are

How low of there business model to make some bucks with hidden cams i got scammed in Hungary 2 times by EPCplc no record mentioned for what the speeding tickets are issued Just take pictures of random cars and con the owners with money and if you dont pay it will quadruple in 2 months its blackmailing under legal cover shameless scammers

They don t try to help al all I paid vignette in Hungary on time but they do nothing to help I appealed I attached proof of payment keep calling and nobody is able to give me the outcome I see many people are suffering because of Hungary You should think something is wrong with them I am going to make a complaint and sue you for not acting according to the law My lawyer will take this criminal case to the High Authority competent authorities or to whom it may concern in UK I have checked your so-called company on Trustpilot and you have only 1 star No surprisingly that all the 591 reviews claim you are scammer company and harass people for inexistent payment maybe you are Your bank account is located in Germany all the operations are made in different countries Obviously you are a fraud business based on scamming people DONT PAY Very disappointed with this company

Website not working properly at all

Tried to register two Dutch cars for a vacation trip to London I created an account managed to submit the details of one of the cars but then got logged out probably because of inactivity Tried to login again but couldn t Clicked on the password reset option filled in my email address submitted but didn t receive a password reset link In fact I didn t get a confirmation of creating an account and registering a car either I created another account to register the other car Didn t get any confirmation either Checked spam folders as well but nothing there Logged out and tried to log in again but failed So now I have no clue if the cars are now approved for the emission zones No possibility to contact them Will probably get fined Interesting business model

paid the fine I got in England but got a reminder anyway sent a picture that I paid but got a new higher reminder the company is a joke and trying to rip people off it is not even possible to call them as their phone does not seem to be in use

Behave like scammers No emails no answers to calls which is given Only communication through programme which they answered templated driver drove in Hungary paid for vingete but instead of d2 took d1 for two trips was charged 2x85 5 2x123 04 total fine 417 08 eur Payment sum for vingete d1 and d2 was the same 2 times penalty for 123 04 eur trips was in less than in 24 hours so it is normal practice in Europe that for roads payment if you get penalty it is valid for 24 hours but not for them Why the sum first time penalty was 2x85 5 eur and second time 2x123 04 eur for same thing also no answer P S no need EPCPLC write sorry for inconvieniece i just share my experience with you and give strong zero for your reiting

Used the M50 in Dublin paid on line before I even left the M50 paid the same amount as all other tolls got a letter saying toll wasn t paid tryed to contact them to no avail them got fined 52 euros because I was 1 60 euro short tryed appealing but they rejected it This company is a scam oufit
