Positive experience

Hi yes I know I gave them 5 stars and I am not a fake customer Prior to my recent experience with them I would have struggled to even give 1 star however I feel where credit is due it should be given I appealed my parking ticket as I was parked longer then 3 hours however the entire time I was shopping and provided proof and as a gesture of good will they cancelled the fine Thank you very much euro park cars I really appreciate your kindness I do wish though yours and other companies like this didnt exist and make money out of people s misfortunes I am not sure I would be able to sleep at night if I did this job

I am a severe diabetic and the DVLA states that a diabetic MUST NOT drive a vehicle with low blood glucose levels So being the sensible person I am I pulled into the Newton Arms car-park at Staining Rd End Blackpool to get my BG up to a safe level before driving again After about 45min my BG was safe so I set off home Next thing I got a letter and fine through my door I wrote back to explain my situation at the time and that it would have been an offence to carry on They reviewed my case and cancelled the fee So thank you Euro Car-Parks for understanding on this occasion

Ok not normally leaving reviews for these kind of companies as i do also believe they are adding to the death of the high street BUT after long journey to wales of 5 hours we stopped of for a bite completely unaware that my mother disabled badge doesnt work with private car parks 85 fine 2 weeks later why are the fines sooo high explained to euro they did refund the fine reluctantantly but promptly when they were within their right to ignore me Is quite nice to know its has some standards unlike the other parking companies

Horrid experience but they can be merciful

I hate that these companies exist and I fell foul of eurocarparks as I had parked in a retail park for over 4 hours I have to hold my hand up to that About 10 days later I got a penalty notice through the post with photos of my number plate It was to pay 100 reduced to 60 if payed within 14 days I was shocked to the core and didn t sleep properly for several nights I ve shopped there many times and I honestly was completely unaware of the restrictions I appealed and sent copies of my receipts and to give them credit where it is due they have let me off The language in both the letter and the email is very condescending and threatening but on this occasion they were kind

Fair and reasonable

I received a ticket in a retail park where I was genuinely shopping I have been there almost every week for years but somehow missed the signage and had no idea it was restricted I provided evidence of my shopping receipts and they kindly on this occasion waived the fine I say kindly because I ve since returned to said retail park and I can t fathom how I missed the signs I still think on a retail park of that size it should be longer but now I know it won t happen again and inevitably I won t spend as much in the stores there but that s a separate issue I wanted to put this review on as clearly most reviewers are unhappy understandably but my experience is that they were fair and reasonable in my particular circumstance

No one likes a ticket but

Like everyone else I wasn t happy at getting a parking fine and to make it worse it arrived as I left for my two week holiday so I just missed being able to pay the lower amount The problem was they have changed the location of the parking ticket machines so I simply forgot Here s the thing though I have to be fair I forgot Anyway I used their appeal system provided evidence that I was away and they reduced the fine for two weeks again I don t like parking tickets No one does At the end of the day i feel like they were fair to me this occasion

Amazing Excellent They fined me for using an empty carpark during corna virus I am a key worker been sent to a new premises for work and did not know where to park They have a brilliant buisness model in making money out of other people s misfortune Worth buying shares in this company if you are a total heartless person with no abrahamic religious values of love and compassion

These utter scumbags need to be closed down My experience parking in a free up to 3hr car park and over staying by 10minutes I have recently lost my business and currently out of work and in Universal Credit I am also a single Dad In the present circumstances and all the challenges that are happening with the cost of living I would like to request you revoke the fine It seems so incredibly unfair to be charge 100 for parking in a carpark I use 4-5 times a week and use all the local shopping facilities in Eden Square to have been fined here The car park although it does have clear signage does not have a clear normal car park system i e you do not need to purchase a ticket only if you spend over 3 hours The reason I was longer was because I used the cafe to wait inbetween my son being at school for morning and afternoon drop offs something I do each week I simple do not have 100 spare to pay this fine I could not pay the fine so it increased and increased I now have a small claims court pursuing for 284 I called the legal team and they said Euro Car Parks would settle at 230 but only allow me to pay 57 50 per month for a minimum of 4 months - which I completely cannot afford This company is ruining peoples lives - literally And are allowed to use the court in such a way to enforce what boils down to a very human mistake and then an explanation which is effectively ignored and pursued for even more money Do they not realise people don t have disposable income and only increasing the fine doesn t work It s an absolute disgrace

Once again euro car parks I can t remember the days I have received 2 parking fines I used the car park for years which was owned by council I saw the New sign s I read it wrong because it says blue badge holders must park in designated areas for blue badges which is what I did and put my blue badge in car window I appealed but with no luck this company needs closing down as they are rip off merchants
