In common with others on here I can confirm what a lovely bunch of people must run this business I forgot to buy my ticket before setting off on a walk from Cartmel racecourse but upon realising my mistake paid the correct fee on my return I explained this to them but not interested - just want 100 You d like to think in these difficult times people would be inclined to be a little more understanding but not this lot of miserable mean- spirited money-grabbers

This company are the absolute scum of the earth they have no interest in any reasonable explanations you can pay and display you can appeal on the grounds of disability poor WiFi and even ring them to tell them there is a fault with their machines the minute you enter their carpark you are a victim of their scam The staff are all complicit in the money making racket and should all hang their head in shame Spread the news on social media far and wide about their terrible tactics and stop vulnerable people falling victim They are evil

So my honest feedback these people must have problems sleeping at night A 60 penalty charge in a free car park for failing to display a blue badge correctly No morals and no understanding following appeal A disgraceful company determined to make money at all costs no matter what hardship they may cause

Absolute Disgrace Signs are very poor often hidden behind bushes and parking bays so they can t be seen They don t take card only cash and their arbitration seems to be done by their own no doubt well paid solicitors They are as bad as unregulated cowboy parking companies can get

Avoid Montagu Car Park Mexborough managed by HX car park management You pay for parking and machine is faulty so doesn t print ticket correctly you then get a penalty charge notice for non payment Appeals process is a complete waste of time I will never use any of their car parks again Disgusting greedy bullies

Disgraceful and despicable company Parked paid for parking didn t overstay or anything 6 weeks later I ve received a second notice I never received a first notice to say that I was liable to pay 100 I have since appealed with my proof of payment They re demanding 60 by saying my registration plate was not entered correctly to validate the parking What s worse is I will no longer visit this business or it s car park because of the despicable car park management firm

Avoid thier car parks at all times

Hi all sadly we have become yet another victim of these guys It s a shame as the Willowbrook Centre is a nice shopping area but will loose us as a customer My wife is a caring grandmother and she was simply trying to look after our 18mth old grandkid she thought she was using a parent and child bay but picked up the dispicable 100 fine as she inadvertenly used a disabled bay I suppose the rtlrs don t realise they have employed a company that stedfastly continue to destroy thier reputation but there you go
