The return refund process at Privalia took 3 months and about 20 contacts with their Customer Service They use only templates when answering and never provide any informative accurate feedback Customers can t track their return refund process I was forced to wait each time and - as the refund didn t happen to re-initiate the process to repeat the information I already shared again and again and again The customer service is the worst I ever dealt with in Spain Privalia s business practice of avoiding refunds is deeply in a grey zone I encourage everyone to avoid this seller as their work ethic is very questionable ESPA OL El proceso de devoluci n reembolso en Privalia dur 3 meses y requiri alrededor de 20 contactos con su Servicio de Atenci n al Cliente Usan solo plantillas al responder y nunca brindan comentarios informativos precisos Los clientes no pueden rastrear su proceso de devoluci n reembolso Me vi obligado a esperar cada vez ya que el reembolso no sucedi y a reiniciar el proceso para repetir la informaci n que ya compart una y otra vez El servicio al cliente es el peor con el que me he enfrentado en Espa a La pr ctica comercial de Privalia de evitar reembolsos se encuentra profundamente en una zona gris Animo a todos a evitar a este vendedor ya que su tica de trabajo es muy cuestionable

Wrong product and arrived late to boot Niece s birthday ruined Evita esta empresa como la plega Highly suspicious that Privalia confused an all-blue dress for an all-white dress Paying 20 in delivery fees for two products okay but when one isn t what you asked for you end up paying almost 50 of the overall price in delivery fees That s ridiculous On top of that you have to print off forms and make up packages for them to pick up when the error is theirs and theirs alone And what s the response a generic apology Disgusting customer service Where is the product I ordered One is tempted to think that in certain circumstances Privalia chooses to send the wrong product on purpose to claim more fees as they offer nothing in return and the original product Gone Muy sospechoso que Privalia confunde un vestido todo azul para un vestido blanco no el del meme Ya se paga mas de 20 en gastos de env o lo sube hasta casi 50 cuando uno de los productos no es lo has pedido Te devuelven algo Nada Te entregan el vestido original Ni hablar Otra empresa que da asco no le importa ni un pito sus clientes solo quieren chuparte el dinero a todo precio

Possible illegal marketing by saying that they include items that you will never receive
I bought a stroller and it said that several things were included as for example the new baby born capazo which is the new baby born bed connected to the structure of the stroller I even took a screen shot of it to show it to a friend because it was a good deal Well it came without it When I claimed it they had already changed the description and didn t want to accept that the description included this item when i bought it even after showing them the screen shot They basically told me that if i was not happy with it i was free to return it and that s it Very disappointed and wandering if this is illegal marketing convincing you to buy stuff saying that they include things when they don t

I ordered 2 products last April 30 and
I ordered 2 products last April 30 and then they delivered at home maybe it was June and nobody at home so i don t get the products they did not call me before that they will deliver on that day so i supposed that they will come back and deliver the product sad to say i did not receive the product until now I emailed privalia telling them that if they deliver the product if it is possible in the morning and i am at home but i dont get a reply so i called them and to my surprised they told me that the product has to returned to sender so i said wow what a service you had give me back the money and i will never order in your site anymore but i never get the refund
