Great value fantastic quality

The products I bought via Showroomprive are very good The price I bough them for were quite reasonable so I definitely think I made a bargain The delivery time was quite good However the only downfall is that the courier does not warn you beforehand like half an hour before or so that he s coming over The delivery time mentioned online is a prediction they usually deliver a few days earlier - which is great but it would be better if they could give you a call to find out if someone is home Once they had to leave my delivery in my local coffee shop Overall it s a fantastic experience but that call could impove the service

Bad customer experience

I am quite disappointed with the customer experience lately - it happened various times that the payment was shown as cancelled but my card was debited and the order was confirmed the day after while in the meantime I made a new order with similar products therefore my card had been debited twice and I had to wait fore a while until the return was processed and my account credited A few weeks ago I order 2 pairs of different trousers the same size - when they arrived the sizes were in theory the same on the label but in practice they had nothing to do - probably one was European size and one American - from the same brand but they don t write absolutely nothing on the site and the customer has no clue what is ordering - assumes ia European but comes something different - I feel totally disappointed and lied to

Terrible Customer Service

My most recent purchase with Showroom was terrible The order was divided into two deliveries the first of which arrived without issues The second parcel however never arrived Despite the invoice clearly mentioning that the delivery address was a Collection Point CP Showroom sent it to my home address and refused to accept the evidence that they got it wrong Andr from Customer Service was rude and simply ignored all the evidence I sent about the delivery address and Showroom s own policy of having the package delivered to a CP if no one is home to take it I ended up having my purchase cancelled by this person when all that I initially asked was for the package to be resent to the delivery address shown on the invoice - and where I had already collected the first part of my order According to him it was impossible to change the delivery from my home address to a CP which is a ridiculous answer given the delivery had been requested at the CP from the beginning This was definitely my last purchase from Showroom I can accept that people make mistakes but I cannot accept being treated as a dimwit by an arrogant Customer Service department Customer Experience - look it up

I had terrible experience I ordered washing vacum cleaner with washing liquid for it They canceled my order fo vacum cleaner but delivered the liquid And charged me money for delivery which was half the price of the liquid

Extremely bad customer service details of products not as described

Purchase what was described clearly as 14 20 gold rings with an initial pvp of 63 90 and described as recieving certificate of authenticity On arrival gold started to wear off so I quested customer services as to the gold content I received an email different from the original description which was details from another later listing which they had amended They have constantly quested my details of the product so I sent a copy of the original details on the day of the sale clearly showing all the website name and product they made out I had fabricated this I am over 70 and not completely computer literate- I do not even know how to do this I also had an email from another customer service person that had attached the exact same description as mine Guess what they have also removed this and replaced it with there own Does this sound like a trusted firm ompre o que foi descrito claramente como an is de ouro 14 20 com um pvp inicial de 63 90 e descrito como recebimento de certificado de autenticidade Na chegada o ouro come ou a se desgastar tanto no atendimento ao cliente quanto ao teor de ouro Recebi um e-mail diferente da descri o original que eram detalhes de outra listagem posterior que eles haviam alterado Eles questionaram constantemente meus detalhes do produto ent o eu enviei uma c pia dos detalhes originais que imprimi no dia da venda mostrando claramente todo o nome do site e do produto eles descobriram que eu tinha fabricado isso tenho mais de 70 e n o sou totalmente versado em inform tica - nem sei como fazer isso Tamb m recebi um e-mail de outro funcion rio do atendimento ao cliente com a mesma descri o que a minha Adivinhe o que eles tamb m removeram e substitu ram por seus pr prios
