The website is good showing what wheelchairs are available Having visited the warehouse previously and bought a lightweight folding electric wheelchair for my wife I was confident I knew what I wanted and bought one for myself online The communication was good and the delivery was very quick I am also very happy with the second wheelchair It is easy to get advice support either by phone or email Happy customers

An amazing caring owner

I must admit I was close to writing a terrible review however after speaking to one of the owners Seth my opinion of etech mobility completely turned around I initially ordered a new electric wheelchair online after my previous chair from a different company broke The chair i ordered should have been marked as pre-order but for some reason wasn t This meant a longer wait time than I expected I had a poor initial experience with a staff member making a promise to me they couldnt deliver on however Seth was so kind and understanding He really does care about his customers I explained the situation I was in and what had happened He went above and beyond my expectations I would highly recommend this company and would happily use them again

I have been self-employed for nearly 50 years and have dealt with many thousands of people and hundreds of other businesses worldwide for many varying reasons and you develop an instinct for those that are genuine and I have found ETECH Mobility absolutely genuine Their Pre-Sales Service and After-Sales Service is amongst the best I have ever experienced they simply cannot do enough for you and it is genuinely not in any way to simply make a sale either There Mobility Scooters are in my opinion as good as the best and with a far lesser price tag We have all the confidence in their business and personal ethics
