I m very disappointed with the costumer service I expected at least a delivery notification and the note wasn t even delivered I expected a better and more thoughtful care of the costumer seen the cost the service About the flowers I purchased the large bouquet It wasn t large The flowers were ok some roses appeared to be wear out Overall my experience wasn t great and I m not going to use this service again

Quite complicated way to order it s not obvious that you first choose the flowers then extras like chocolates or card I never got any confirmation if the flowers were delivered so I m not sure if they found the company when they delivered I ordered before Christmas if they were delivered to the person or just left at the reception etc

Well this was VERY disappointing
Well this was VERY disappointing I bought what I thought a lovely birthday bouquet for my mum with lots of red flowers and eucalyptus branches The picture showed this full bouquet with quite a few eucalyptus branches Reality was that she got delivered 5 flowers and 3 small thin eucalyptus branches honestly I could have cried Absolutely NOT what I paid almost 50 for

WRONG ORDER - UNACCEPTABLE
i appreciate the quick delivery However the recipient received a completely different order that was not even found on the website It should indicate on the website that the sunflowers are NOT available rather than have one not get what they paid for Moreover the bouquet could have been replaced with other sunflower bouquet found on the website This was totally unacceptable and unprofessional I will be leaving a review online and let others know to not rely on this service The least you can do to enhance trust is inform the customer BEFOREHAND that the flowers aren t unavailable The least I can receive is a refund for this
