It was not like before

Flowers were finally delivered but were 3 days late even though at checkout it was confirmed that they can deliver it at desired date Customer support was responsive though overall 3 5 just I also try to understand it was big holidays time come on guys you can do it

This is the second time that I have used Euroflorist Norge to send flowers to loved ones The second time I was somewhat disappointed with the add on of chocolates which was meant to be a box rather than two pieces of chocolates in a little pouch Not sure what happened there Their service is pretty good and the quality of their flowers fresh and attractive H C

I was a little disappointed as there was not as many sunflowers received in bouquet as shown in your picture Your delivery was on time but flowers are not cheap here in Norway so I would like to see exactly how many blooms I get for my money

The flower was great There was a miscommunication I received a text message to confirm that the flower was delivered when in fact it wasn t delivered until 3 hrs later about 7 pm and didn t call the recipient to notify about the delivery rather they just left it outside the door Better communication will improve the service Thank you
