Eva Solo birdfeeder in glass

I bought a very expensive birdfeeder in glass I have had it on my balcony for one year and now the top has cracked and the whole thing is broken Their customer service answered that they do not replace glass That would have been good to know BEFORE I paid 1000 kr for a birdfeeder in glass I consider it a fraud to sell something so expensive and not replace it when it is obviously the product that is at fault

Terrible After-Sales Customer Service

I would give this company 0 stars if that were possible as their customer service after-sales is simply terrible Considering they are positioning themselves as a high-class brand and the extortionate price of their products this is totally not acceptable We had one of their small coffee makers and absolutely loved it Unfortunately the carafe broke and we found out the hard way that no replacement is available We ordered what we thought was a like-for-like replacement but as it turns out they ve changed the size of the carafe and discontinued the original size which means you have to buy the whole set again because the original insulating sleeve does not fit the new larger size I contacted their customer service department to ask for either a smaller replacement carafe or some good will towards supplying an insulating sleeve for the larger one which by the way is big and clumsy and nowhere as nice as the original smaller one and their customer service had the audacity to send me a link to the over-priced insulating sleeve on their website even initially claiming that I had got it wrong and that they d never made a smaller size I subsequently sent them a photo of the smaller sleeve with the Eva Solo logo on it and they then admitted that they did but it was discontinued Their communication was unbelievably arrogant and totally unsupportive I will never buy their products again no matter how stylish they look and will also tell this story to everyone who had previously admired the original coffee maker it really was brilliant Shame on you Eva Solo You really need to look at your customer service

Stay away from their electronics

Got Eva Solo Rise Kettle black because of the design but it only lasted 3 months The first problem is that it is not possible to remove the lid so you can only look inside it by removing the little waterfilter and looking through the a coin sized hole After about 3 months of usage the kettle stopped switching off when water was boiled We have soft water and there was only a little build up inside the kettle but according to Eva Solo it is enough to break it The biggest issue for me though is the way they handled my complaint Maybe I did not clean it enough but for them to completely dismiss any fault in their product after such a short usage is unacceptable for any product no matter if its a 15 or 80 kettle

Terrible customer service do not buy from here

Needed a new frying pan ordered from Eva Solo because they had fast delivery time and there was a good price on a frying pan 11 days later we still have not recieved the frying pan and 5 mail later NO ONE can answer where the frying pan is or help us get the frying pan Tried to call them and the one answering the phone just throwed me over to a number that was not available when i tried to call back someone answered but did not say a word just some background noice after 3 minutes i hang up and tried again this time i was set up for some music and no one answered at all found out after 10 minutes of waiting that they had left for the day First of all can not recommend this firm to anyone with this terrible customer service DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Eva Solo Glass Bird Feeder The opening hole where the birds feed is far to large starlings seem to feed from it and as they are quite heavy birds compared to a Robin or a Blue Tit the Starlings can knock the Bird Feeder off its attachment Poor Show all round
