Fantastic dresses incredible customer service
Not only are the dresses fantastic quality but the customer service is incredible I was ordering bridesmaid dresses and needed various sizes and styles for my bridesmaids Everything came really quickly which was a relief so my bridesmaids could try on the options and find the best dresses for them Ever Pretty were so helpful and understanding they knew that I would have to return a few dresses the ones that didn t fit or didn t suit They made the returns process so simple and when Royal Mail screwed up they still honoured the refund I honestly will be recommending this company to everyone

Excellent service returned a dress and the dress we kept was stunning My daughter wore it to her graduation and prom She and the dress got so many complimentes Everyone loved the dress The dress in itself did need altered to fit my daughter because her exact size wasn t available from Ever-Pretty but she was completely set to the style of dress so I had it altered locally Beautiful and lovely material Highly recommended

Excellent customer service I realized I ordered the wrong dress size minutes after paying for my order I was able to use the chat feature to speak with someone and they helped me cancel my order and initiate my refund within minutes

Easy return exchange
I ordered couple of dresses using their size chart and they ended up being too big and I had to decide which style I like best When it was time to make my return the process was so simple and every step was communicated along the way I am waiting to order a new dress closer to my event in a smaller size as I was able to do an exchange in style and have a gift card to use for my new order

Good experience
Ordered my daughters bridesmaid dress but had to exchange it as it was too small Return was easy but is best to go on live chat to get a response which is instant as sending an email does take some time to get a response Was updated throughout exchange process and as a link is sent so I could track the delivery

I am a plus-size woman and have a hard time finding dresses to try on in the store My daughter is getting married and I needed a mother-of-the-bride dress It took three different dresses and returning 2 of them to find the perfect one They made the returns and exchanges easy and were very good at communication throughout the entire process
