I m new to extra but so far the interactions I ve had with customer support have been positive Everyone has been really nice and helpful The only downside I would say is they need to update the videos and sweepstakes

Quick and easy responses when I have questions very easy to use platform helping me build me credit reporting has already gained me 30 plus points

I have had extra since march 2022 and I have seen improvement on in credit score - I don t use it at its potential I m finally taking it more serious now and excited for the results It s also very easy to navigate the customer service is amazing they reply very fast

I love the extra app I ve been using it for about 2 years I had an incident where someone scammed me on another app an extra with out of the way to set my payment to another day which allowed me to build my credit and not incur any late fees Then I paid it promptly The very next day they gave me a 7-day grace period But I paid it promptly They re very next day after I told him I had issues For me being hospital extra is the best way to build credit and if and when you under your commercial or any kind of sponsorship I am so down to do that cuz I love this app so it s a great way to build your credit proof is in the pudding What I m saying is definitely low It s the truth Thank you extra and I appreciate you and I ll be a customer into the day you stop providing customer service Thank you extra and happy holidays to all and a very Merry Christmas and happy 2024

I love this card Extra is the first decoupled debit mastercard since 2012 Even though they charge a fee if you get the rewards plan that offsets it if you spend alot Like the fact I get unlimited 1 back in points on everything No selected categories no caps no rolling period none of that just simple Plus Extra helps you build your credit So I can get rewards and build my credit with out getting into debt Awesime

I highly recommend Extra because they have proven to be a company I can trust The concierges are professional and knowledgeable when I reach out through online chat or the app All transactions have been processed promptly and my reporting has been timely I feel like a valued customer whenever I have communicated with a member concierge because they are friendly and they follow up to ensure my questions are answered

I love extra My credit score has increased significantly after using it the past year and it also helps me budget my purchases The app is organized well and if I ve ever had any issue a team member always is on standby to help I don t see myself ever NOT using extra

When I found Extra I had a credit score in the low 500 s - after a season of extreme financial hardship Over time and consistent use of my Extra MC I ve been able to build my score back to 715 and just 5 points away from a 720 credit score again I m so grateful to have found Extra We re well on our way to qualifying for an excellent rate on a home and car purchase when the time comes Thank you Extra

I really appreciate the follow through on issues that I had with my card being added to my Apple Pay Customer service did not forget about me and was checking in every step of the way They gave the best customer service
