The card is fine but I have yet to see a change in my credit after using it which is the only reason why I signed up for Extra in the first place

reporting to the credit agencies takes too long and at some point noticed the reporting was not there Also would be great to see it on the 3 major reporting agencies

Does not have the inpact on my credit i thought it would but the annual fee isnt that large so i will keep it around to have that open card reporting

Card doesn t work in Puerto Rico which is a US Commonwealth Was not told this nor was it disclosed when I began usage Other than that I haven t had any real issues with the service

There is really no continued credit

There is really no continued credit report after a certain number of months The reporting of payments are delayed The amount in my account never matches my true account amount

Somewhat Disappointed I have been using the service for

I have been using the service for almost a year now and I have yet to see an increase in my score because of it s influence I use the card for almost all of my purchases Perhaps I am doing something wrong For the amount of money I have invested and the amount that has run through the card I expected different results

Removed gift cards category

They took away gift cards from rewards and the store kinda sucks without that Now I m sitting on over 350k points and nothing to use them on Extra claimed a few months back that they d be returning the gift cards category due to popular demand but it s yet to be done

It is a one time credit score boost

It is a one time credit score boost but only one credit report Experian After that I have not seen a single boost no matter how much I use it The only redeeming thing I got from using it is luckily I signed up for the reward points so at least I got my subscription fee back in products I found of value to myself

Great support Iffy rewards shop

I have mixed feelings about this card It does what it says which improves your credit while being a debit card It also has very responsive and accessible customer service which is hard to find these days But for over 2 years they had removed gift cards from the rewards store with only their questionably curated items to choose from at 100 a year for the card this was a huge disappointment for me I had amassed a great deal of points which I could never find anything to use on in their shop Eventually I just stopped using the card all together and got another card with practical rewards They FINALLY returned gift cards to the shop but at this point I don t trust that they will remove them again in the future

Weird customer support policy on canceling

I would say the card served its purpose and all Nothing to complain about that I was just annoyed at the fact that they try to give out such a big impression of having good customer support but when I tried to cancel next month s subscription on the same day the payment fee renews itself and with a few days of delay before when the monthly fee is actually charged they said they couldn t cancel the charge because they send emails that just end up in spam letting us know we will get charged in a few days
