Your account balancing software is terrible and requires frequent manual balance updates or the card is unusable

Everyday I open the app it never shows balance or kicks me out Longer time updating balances Very slow

At first something good but very little the amount that you can spend even having the funds very slow to withdraw and replenish the funds in the account the reward system is very bad now because they withdrew when you could exchange your points for gift cards to its original price now practically nothing else is useful for your store which does not have competitive prices at all and moreover it vanishes when you buy any reward you may have by buying it at the original price on your website with a credit card Currently on the market there are credit cards that are easier to apply and with a better reward system applying the same philosophy of using EXTRA The annual membership is very expensive to offer nothing or almost nothing and moreover practically insufficient There are legitimate credit cards that offer more for less annual money

In terms of customer service Extra was 5 Everyone I ever spoke to was phenomenal Kind understanding never trying to push a sale They all really made you feel like they were there for you But in terms of the card s cost-to-reward ratio Extra was 0 I was a member for 12 months paying 12 a month 144 total and the only things I ever saw from it were a 12-point boost in ONE of my credit scores 711 Equifax vs 699 TransUnion and redeeming all my rewards points got me a microphone from Amazon which they claimed was 60 but was actually 43 I used my Extra card near-daily for a year and every payment went through without a problem I got this card because of the advertised promise of fixing my credit but it did virtually nothing for me I had more success using Credit Karma to find credit cards I had high odds of approval for and boosting my total number of credit lines and total credit limit instead of relying on Extra to report to the credit bureaus

my credit score is not improving as well as it should have it only did well for the first couple of months and then it just remained the same for the rest of the year i used my card very frequent

I have had the card for almost 1 5 years and it hasn t done anything to improve my credit

Have never been able to get a clear answer on the points redemption I have accrued I have been told multiple times that It can t be mailed etc etc

I haven t seen a reflection of this card on my credit It has been sending emails that it has been reported to the credit bureau however I haven t seen it

I don t really see how this card has had an positive or negative affect on my credit

I can t use my exta card while I m on vacation and since I have a temporary number change I can no longer have access to my extra account because extra wont accept numbers with an area code outside of the US Therefore it s literally useless until I go home next summer Up until I took this vacation I enjoyed it for the most part
