What can I say Ted Ken Kerry all from concierge and customer service are pieces of sh it I tried for MONTHS to get them to report my activity to Equifax and they wouldn t do it 5 months worth of activity not reported and they didn t care Frustrated I said my piece and somehow they perceived it as threatening and sending sexually explicit items when I didn t send s hit to them They canceled my account took my money won t report my activity to the bureaus and wiped away my points accumulated They need a physical address for your card my mailing is a PO BOX and they don t care about it or you Fuc k you Ted Kerry and Ken

Need to use an atm Surprise Extra doesn t let you withdraw your own money Used to be able to redeem points for gift cards but got dropped last year So you pay 99 a year to choose from crappy selection of junk Charges randomly declined too Be prepared for customer support overseas to give you canned responses via chat Check out tomo upgrade or juno if you want points for your debit card No yearly fee for those either unlike extra

I experienced credit card fraud 9 days ago and can not get anyone at Extra to assist me They have now taken close to 3K out of my savings account in fraudulent charges Extra took away their live help They no longer have a help desk you can call into or live chat thru their app Each time I reach out I get a voicemail at the help desk or an email that says the same thing from a different person I m following up with you concerning your recent call You mentioned you needed some help with fraudulent charges on your account so I m transferring you to the appropriate team for assistance Please allow them up to 24 hours to reach out to you and then NO ONE reaches out to me This is my life savings people DO NOT USE EXTRA THEY CANNOT HELP YOU RECOVER YOUR FUNDS This is just unacceptable and I have NEVER experienced such terrible customer service I had to go to my bank to shut Extra down from continuing to extract fraudulent charges from my savings account so now I am receiving emails telling me they are going to report me to the credit bureau for non payment They are really screwing me over and still NO HELP I am single living on a single income with a small savings and they have managed to take that from me

The scam people of their money There have been many transactions that I ve had to speak with them about because the transactions were not made by me And they still didn t take accountability for their mistakes and continued to do it over and over again Horrible service and experience CHECK YOUR TRANSACTIONS Make sure you are being charged for the right amounts Would not recommend ANYONE to have an account with them

Horrible company I just found out they ve been autodrafting my account 8 a month for a very long time without doing anything whatsoever The only way they would approve me is sending them my social security card wouldn t take any other form of identification and since I lost it it took me a long time to get one The rep said they have literally not reported once in all those months Not once How can you me a credit builder if you don t report anything We only report what you spend he said Yet they wouldn t let me spend anything until now Truly unbelievable

Yall don t even report to a credit bureau that matters So you have all these people thinking thier improving thier lives by using this dumb ass card that doesn t even let you spend what s in your account just what you let them and it doesn t even do as you claim

I have had multiple issues with Extra I have been dealing with customer services for 1 entire year now regarding cancellation of my account I have various emails showing communication regarding these issues I have been told multiple times my account is cancelled yet I keep getting charge alerts and been charged twice now for a membership fee Again despite canceling my account It s been a very frustrating year I don t recommend their services

Absolutely horrible company Seemed like a good enough idea to sign up and I understood the premise but just didn t work for what I was looking for My account has now been closed almost a year and I am receiving charges to my other bank accounts from Extra Per customer service they have verified that the account is closed but are unsure where the charges are coming from They are unable to refund me or provide anything more than an apathetic email

From the very start of the application for the card had been a total nightmare 6-8 months later still don t have a card that has worked and been paying for it Been a complete waist of time and money App doesn t work to upload the dozen of so times for the documents they keep wanting

The reward system is garbage When I first signed up it promised great reward items in the catalog including gift cards and points built towards trips and airline miles Now all you can receive for your bonus points looks like a magazine or catalog from sky Mall Just Chinese junk that will break
