Chester le Street Branch I had cause to return my vari-focal glasses as I could not get on with them I was served by a professional courteous member of staff I think named Karen for whom nothing was too much trouble I was within the 100 day return period and there was a no quibble service re-ordering a different pair of glasses more suited to my needs A great ambassador for Vision Express and a credit to the local branch

Very good the opticians were very nice

All staff were very helpful with first visit after my wife s Ruth Cynthia Jones cataract surgery which required a change of prescription In particular staff member Nikki was outstanding in helping my wife with glass selection and advice When the glasses arrive will try to get her to help again

Alex who did my eye test is always friendly professional and reassuring He explains what he will be doing prior to each examination Emma who also did some pre-tests was also very helpful calming and professional All the staff at the Bexhill branch are always helpful and welcoming so I would highly recommend their service

I have always been happy with the service I have received when buying glasses I have an eye condition that can make getting the prescription right a challenge They always have a great selection of glasses available My last order arrive in express time The shop attendant was super helpful and always kept me up-to-date
