if there is no star i will rate no star first of all i wanted to ezship my stuff there is 2 payment ways one credit card one is bank transfer i was so LUCKY that i use their bank transfer which is CITI NA what will go wrong right i did it on 11st August money straight away deducted but it has been on awaiting payment verification l6th August i wrote them email and they assigned someone really stupid to handle it she replied me 2 emails but cannot solve the f problem i am not sure they the H they are doing if you are not interested to the business just close shop my case number SD21691746461999

I ordered 3 things in august haven t received them is there anything you can do to help me

I think their processing has some problem my Taobao parcels were lost and they keep asking me to provide the tracking numbers I thought their system should be able to trace the item it is a waste of time ding-dong messages with their customer service and there is no phone number to call up for explaining the whole scenario

Do NOT use their services They are 3 times more expensive than TAOBAO but don t take any responsability on their own shipping Items arrive completely broken They don t give you any compensation You end up paying a lot for unusable damaged items Ezbuy and their shipping service is a waste of money Also they charge you gst from the first cent while customs charge gst only from 400 onwards So ezbuy lie to you pretending it s for gst but actually pocket the money ROGUE company

Very poor service I used to ship with them alot every month but decided to go for taobao direct delivery after they changed to no hotline call in The email contact is so useless They cant even help when my handphone number is changed but driver is still having my old handphone number This is despite me having updated my new handphone in the profile or setting page

I used ezship thrice for my orders that can t ship directly to SG I successfully receive the package for two but still waiting on the other one Although the handling and processing fee is so high that the total shipping cost is always so much more than if I chose to ship internationally with the company direct I would NOT recommend anyone to use ezship

Unless they are the last company in the world that can do what you want Then I rather never use them Terribly long waiting time More than 2 weeks AIR DELIVERY still haven t reach What a failure of a service

A very painful experience with ezbuy I had shipped an item with their service and on their promised arrival date I did not receive the parcel There was no update on the status of my parcel except that it is enroute to the destination Repeat emails to their customer service went unanswered and there was radio silence I had to personally visit their office to get a resolution on my parcel This is a very disappointing experience when I had paid for a delivery service I would recommend using other services User beware

Lost Parcels worth about 1 000 in total Mention it to them and am still awaiting for a genuine reply after a week

I was a loyal customer of this shipping service for years but since 2023 their reliability has severely declined Prices increased delivery times worsened and worst of all three of my USPS packages all containing separate Amazon orders went missing for weeks When I contacted customer support they repeatedly asked for 1-2 more days to track them down offering no real solutions After three weeks of stressful follow-ups they finally located and delivered my items but this level of service is completely unacceptable Losing multiple packages at once and taking nearly a month to resolve the issue is inexcusable While they did eventually fulfill the order the hassle wasted time and lack of accountability have destroyed my trust in them I will not be using their services again and would caution others to think twice before relying on them for important shipments
