I gave this review 3 stars because in all fairness I have shipped a few hundred parcels with EzShip USA over the past 4 years Altogether there was only 1 lost parcel which just happened The time taken to update and ship has gone up as well but they are the cheapest there is for US forwarding and there really isnt much to complain about Unfortunately ezship China is subpar It used to be affordably priced at 1 69 0 5kg but has since increased to 2 90 Offfical taobao forwarder charges 15 RMB 0 5kg which is roughly 3 3 Compared to official forwarder Ezbuy parcels are only insured 100 instead of the full amount SUPER SLOW to update 3 days for some items and alot of items marked as sensitive when official forwarder can forward also Where Ezship is still worthwhile using is their Sea shipping For small items that arent worth much monetarily it is still a good option But if youre buying anything expensive or urgent dont bother with ezbuy

To be fair ezbuy sg is at its best a simple and cheap method of online shopping here in Singapore Because a myriad of products are made available from China the cost is cheap and options to collect from nearby locations drives down the delivery prices However as soon as something goes wrong it is a nightmare I ve had seller run out of a certain item and it took forever to get a refund or to even figure out what the hell was going on because there was no update and no details given And if you unfortunately indicated the wrong address or made a mistake in the order there is absolutely no changing because the customer service is appalling and even the online chat is in Chinese Which is frankly unacceptable as it is not just chinese understanding people who will buy from the site In conclusion pray nothing goes wrong and make sure you ve got everything right before you click the order button

Most reviews here are negative People just need to find a place to vent when thing goes wrong I have no doubt about their bad experiences But people don t come and write when things are right I am here to complain about the recent price increases for their airmail Taobao direct mail is cheaper and faster But generally ezship has been giving me very good value service for many years I do have problem with them but most are resolved well Some weighing may be on the high side but I take them as support to them as they do fill a big gap that taobao direct shipping cannot do

I came here initially wanting to write a bad review for Ezbuy s extremely slow delivery but I scrolled through tons of negative reviews seemingly worse than my experience I was angered by a recent purchase of mine taking close to a month to arrive a week longer than their stated ETA I have been a huge user of Ezbuy s shipforme and buyforme service for years since they started 65daigou Over the years I witnessed their delivery fees getting pricier and their shipping ETA getting longer and longer Even though their shipping fees increased I stayed because I was used to their platform My friend had already switched to another service provider I m not too sure what hit me but I was reminded of how Ezbuy used to be the best service provider for purchasing from Taobao For this I m grateful for Ezbuy I mean back when Taobao was not very accessible to foreign buyers Ezbuy was a lifesaver They have also resolved and refunded items that was not received by me So thank you Ezbuy for shipping countless parcels for me making it extremely affordable for us and still maintaining good service Still would like to say I will be moving on to another shipping provider whose delivery is cheaper and yet has a shorter lead time I might return to Ezbuy if the new shipping provider has a bad service

Reliable for US to SG when buying from eBay using ezShop I haven t tried ezShip All items arrived safely packed If some parts of an order were missing it was the eBay seller s error Great communication and great customer service Shipping might take a week or two but items always arrived safe If you need an item faster there are other companies like comGateway also recommended Local delivery after it reaches Singapore is very fast with excellent drivers with an sms sent on the day of delivery When buying from Taobao I used ezShop as well not ezShip Also arrived safe Hunt for coupons and keep a look out in your emails that helped me save on shipping I have loved using them my experience may not reflect yours If in doubt talk to them first before buying

Never been an online shopper and Covid-19 made online shopping a good experience for me Second purchase so far and I am really satisfied Shipper really takes in suggestions on how to pack the items and it s good to notice that the orders arrive in proper condition

update the ticket office replied by ticket within 1 day they liased with the courier and found that my parcel was returned to the supplier Kudos to the professionalism fo EzshipPrevious comment my item was lost and not even updated on the page 300 dollars worth of items The agent even updated the courier from taobao on the receipt of the items but lost it UNprofessional

I guess only those with bad experiences bother with reviews Took a chance ordering a pricey item from a Net-a-Porter sale via ezbuy as no delivery is allowed to a Singapore for that particular brand Customer service via phone are based in Singapore and always knows what they re doing

Had used their eShip service from CN to SG for a few years Very good service cheap fast and reliable Only limitation is that they cannot ship dry meat fish food and medicine unlike Taobao s official Cainiao

Excellent for shipping our orders fromChina Relatively fast and the delivery points for collection make it very convenient Highly recommended
