Very happy with my new scooter
Very happy with my new scooter when it arrived The delivery guy was very helpful in bringing it to wherever I needed it to be dropped after putting the bike together I accidentally locked the key out of the ignition and could not figure out how to open the cover I called customer service and they were absolutely useless like they have never seen the scooter or the key or what I was talking about finally found an old YouTube video that showed how to unlock with the backside of the key I felt like an idiot after that it was so simple there were no instructions on how to put the scooter together I relyed totally on YouTube videos but I got it going then when I was ready to register it I found out I didn t have the paperwork and you have to request that it would be nice if the website would put in bold letters if you want to register this thing in your state let us know and we will send you the paperwork the way it works right now it s a big mystery you have to figure it out yourself then jump through all the hoops to get the paperwork I m almost done with the spanking machine at the DMV and then I ll be totally legit very happy it s a great little scooter especially for the money

The GK 110 go-kart I had purchased from family go-kart is everything I expected and then some The rear axle is very heavy-duty more than I expected The seat able to move forward and backwards is awesome The whole layout on the go-kart is very well designed My grandson s going to get many many years of riding and enjoyment out of it and once again thanks for the quick shipment of the product I got it quicker than I ever ever expected that means a lot I think it took maybe 4 days to get here That s counting the weekend awesome job guys appreciate y all I will be doing business with you in the future

great sales people explained everything up front and great customer service contacted them 3 times by phone and e-mail and received my answers quickly great people and a great product so far you do need a little mechanical knowledge no directions on assembly I put mine vitacci 400 UTV togethe inabiut 5 hrs and started right up

buyer beware
was told 6 weeks on delivery of course with covid it took 8 which is understandable the issue is no contact or updates nada and if you try and contact them well good luck all you get told is well nothing or its not here and then once they do arrive give Yvette a call and see what kind of support you get basically you go to their website and enter a ticket and like before hope you get a response and if you ask to speak to someone else welll you get hung up on great service huh the equipment itself isn t bad but you would do much better buy from someone else its not worth the hassle I promise you
