It wasn t anything like the pictures Super cheap chain not like they implied and definitely not like the pictures They say luxury chain but far from it The pendant was hard to read and not glass tiny as well Not worth the money 45 The engraving was good

Terrible experience and it just keeps coming Ordered a canvas for my wife for Xmas A picture of us from our wedding with song lyrics around it Received the canvas yesterday with the WRONG NAMES at the top Tried to call and it went straight to no customer service agents available leave a message I ve clicked the live chat button on their site it s not live chat It s another email I ve sent numerous emails about this and emails asking why I never received tracking info They sent me the tracking info for the package that was delivered yesterday this morning They only respond at 10pm or later EST I ve called between 9-1 GMT as their site says and they re never available I d hate to say it but I believe this company is clearly doing something very shady I sent them an 11 tip when ordering because the product seemed really nice and it is Xmas but this certainly hasn t been worth it All I ve asked is that they overnight the new canvas with the correct names They responded with they couldn t Use anyone else people This has been a terrible experience

Do not waste your money if you want it timely I ordered 2 ornaments and a canvas at the beginning of December They said they shipped the ornaments on December 15th However I looked at the tracking information and they only made the ticket on December 15th They did not drop it off until December 21st I won t have the ornaments or the picture before Christmas The turn around time on the website is not accurate I m beyond pissed Not worth it since I paid close to 100 00 for 2 ornaments and 1 small canvas picture At least if their shipping information was accurate we could decide if we wanted to take the chance or not All my items are still in California Absolutely disappointed I had to buy extra gifts so my son and his wife would have gifts to open I will never order from them again You re not able to speak with anyone on the phone Everything is done by email or text after emailing and waiting for response If it s a gift you should order 6 months in advanced to get it timely Unsatisfied customer

We ordered a picture It arrived warped and we contacted Family Panda Their customer service is pathetic Horrible They will not just fix the problem You have to do numerous steps you have to walk on water to have them refund you I still have no refund They messed up They sent a warped picture Their product arrived warped I should have never ordered from these people They are dishonest and give you a hard time when their product arrived damaged and you want to return it Update They have sent a bunch of emails saying they were going to refund the money in full As of 12 6 21 no refund They just keep making excuses

Giving a star cause they answered quickly However they did not fix my issue and offered no solution except me reordering the product and they d give me 5 bucks off my next order I do not want to spend a bunch of money again for the same exact product I am so mad since this was supposed to be a xmas gift and now I m out a gift Won t order from here again

I don t even give this place 1 star they falsely advertise their products and way over price their items They advertised a fleece blanket at the cost of 49 99 and what I received wasn t even the size of a bath towel I will never order from them again and I will tell other people not to order from them

Ordered a canvas on 1 21 2022 Received a confirmation number that when I go to the website to track says cannot be found I have sent a few emails back and forth with responses saying please allow another 3-5 days and then please another 2-3 days When I search the website now it keeps giving error 404 not to mention the website now has nothing listed for sale including the canvas print I ordered I then went to another website vistastars com since they just so happened to have the canvas I wanted personalized Before I committed to the purchase I looked around the website and found that they have the same address as familypanda co Sounds a bit fishy right I then decided to use Etsy because they have always been reliable and found the same design from those websites I reached out to the creator and explained my horrible experience and she asked for the website It seems as though they have been stealing her images and removing her trademark from them Please do not buy from this company It has been 3 weeks since I placed my order and have yet to have a shipping update These websites are a complete scam

I hate I didn t read the reviews before spending 230 00 dollars with this company I can t track my order or NOTHING My 1 year anniversary is this weekend And I paid for EXPRESS HANDLING

Have never received my order Fake tracker and fake email address Will be reporting this matter Shame on you

I still have not received my items and have been told to wait until September 18 This was meant to come for Father s Day Really painful that I m still waiting on these items as well as I was just discharged from hospital following a miscarriage The items will just be put to the side now once received
