I ordered this gift a few weeks back and just got an email today in regards to it being shipped It was a Christmas gift and now I will have to get another gift so my wife has something on time Very disappointed as I expected delivery to not be a problem with the website saying it would have already arrived

I ordered a poster for Christmas Charge was withdrawn from my account I did not receive a confirmation or notice of order shipping I have called the provided multiple times and no one is ever available to assist me I have left messages with my number and email address as instructed but despite the messages I have left -nothing Where is my order My money was taken

Utter scheme

They sent me a canvas that was one third blank and didn t accurately represent what they advertised whilst charging the better part of 100 Do not do business with these con men They also charged me for color but delivered in black and white

Stay away from FP they are probably scammers

Ordered a customized sign on 1 13 2022 it is now 1 31 2022 and I haven t received my order or any tracking updates I received a number but for the last week it has said waiting on shipper to deliver package No response from the company when I mail except an auto email saying they are out on a company trip This is the worst company I have ever dealt with this order was for my anniversary and I ordered it two weeks ahead of time with expedited shipping and here we are past the date I needed it and I can t even get a reply

It s a scam Product should arrive a few days ago they still didn t send anything and they ignore the customer saying that they can only accept the complaint if the product does not arrive after another week Thieves and Scammers I recommend to avoid any shopping through this website

Error in presentation disappointed hoping it will get corrected

I love the canvas piece I purchased for our 37th wedding anniversary I am so DISAPPOINTED SOMEONE didn t do the math we got married April 6 1985 that makes it 37 years married I didn t notice the error until I presented it to my husband I expected a CORRECT anniversary gift if it was suppose to be only a 5th anniversary it should have stated that in the online description How can this be corrected

Absolutely awful company

Absolutely awful company Ordered Dec 1 and still no item They gave me a fake tracking number which never worked then proceeded to tell me they would begin shipping in a few days It s now Dec 21 and no christmas present IM LIVID Phone number doesn t work either Use a different company Will be disputing with my bank Scammers around the holidays are disgusting people

Since my last review I miraculously

Since my last review I miraculously received my order a long time after it was due Missed Father s Day completely Although the company have asked if I would remove my previous review with a discount code incentive which I decline I m instead writing this The email address is still fake on their site as was the tracking code I would not use this company again and do not trust it

No replies to emails poor customer service

I placed an order on 10 29 Have emailed them several times to find out when it will ship They have not replied to any of my emails How can you run a business without customer service This is a gift for my parents 50th anniversary which is on 11 10 They have provided no indication as to when it will arrive and no response Plus they have no to reach them
