Lettering on the shirt was

Lettering on the shirt was unrecognizable because the shirt was way too dark grey The picture upon purchase was very light grey so that you could read the saying I was very dissapointed

Took a month to get my order

I m just glad I got my ornament before Christmas It was ordered 11 22 and I received it 12 19 after many emails I m happy with the product but not happy with the anxiety of not knowing when it would come

Not my best purchase

I was not kept up to date o Shipping and at one point I had the impression they forgot part of my order Also the items I bought are nice The printing was extremely small and I can hardly read it A little disappointing

Displeased

I m very displeased with the amount of time it took to get the product to me It was a very special gift for Christmas and unfortunately it was not here on time I ordered back in November so there is plenty of time for it to be here for Christmas

Not the greatest

I liked the finished product but I was very sketched out at first by the company since I never got any tracking number or info but eventually I got my mug took longer than expected and got all the tracking updates after too which was really annoying

Very disappointed

Very disappointed they never responded my emails asking about my order Receive my order after Christmas it was my hubby Christmas gift even though that I place my order 3 weeks ago Low quality for the price and service Not ordering from them anymore

Ridiculously slow

It took way too long to get my coffee mugs After about a week of placing my order I realized it was going to take too long so I placed my order with SDG Clothing and that company fulfilled my order 6 days before I finally received my mugs from Family Panda

I ordered 2 ornaments one for mommy and

I ordered 2 ornaments one for mommy and one for daddy When I received the product I had two for daddy and none for mommy I emailed them the same day since unable to call them 1 or 2 days later they emailed and said sorry and they will look into and I will hear back in 24 hrs it s been over week I emailed again asking for status update and have not heard anything back still waiting The ornament I did receive I really do love beautiful just want the mommy one that was ordered Was a ornament for a teen parents of their expecting baby

Be forewarned Takes forever to arrive

The ornament is cute but it took forever to ship and arrive I had to contact the company several times about where the item was I ordered it back in November and barely arrived before Christmas Especially for an ornament that is not customized at all I feel like that was way too long to wait

I liked the picture that it was when I ordered it online the purple looked more vibrant and the picture looked bigger I feel like it s more false advertisement The picture on the site should be what it looks like when you order it It s smaller and not as vibrant
