The cup was amazing but only lasted maybe 2 weeks as the handle broke

They love their cups but very disappointed in the whole shipping part I had to go to the post office a few times for them to track it for me I just received the second one on Monday

Customer service is not good at all Ordered a mug and it shipped and there wasn t any updated information for weeks and I reached out to the company multiple times and no one ever answered

On the way Definition Varies

Disappointed with the forward communications being used to fend off potential where is my order questions However the egregious omission that nothing is really moving anywhere isn t better than being left in the dark Certainly a darned if I do darned if I don t situation More appropriate would have been to be honest and tell customers your order is not going to make it My initial review was One Star but after receiving the product an ornament for our first Christmas I was pleased with the item and it would be a Four Star If you don t have a deadline and are looking for nice personalized items FamilyPanda can provide it

Took forever to get a response on a shipping confirmation Due to that alone it scared me thinking this was a scam It was not it was just not accurate with the shipping information and I had to hassle customer service to even get that information which I thought was ridiculous But besides the month it took to receive my order It s a very nice product and it did make it in time for cmas So all said and done i would order again but nothing that was needed quickly And expect a wait for customer service to respond because that took like a week for an actual response not an automated one

I placed my order on December 7th for a anniversary gift for my parents which is December 21st and I have not received any type of update I am so disappointed that I will not have it in time This will probably be the last time I order anything I understand if it took a week to make it but two weeks and haven t heard anything yet

The ornament is cute but made of light cheap feeling plastic I didn t get a shipping update for over 3 weeks When I tried to cancel after I saw reviews of it being delivered 4 months later I finally got a shipping update and they said it s too late to cancel I did end up getting it before Christmas and I placed the order the day before Thanksgiving So that s good
