I bought the 1 sweatshirt that was advertised during a race I guess a lot of people were buying at the same time It took several minutes before it went through I don t find the checkout process any easier I created my account Was told to log in to check shipping updates but I always have problems logging in I changed my password Still can t get in So far not impressed

Customer service was good

Customer service was good I had an issue where it charged me for 2 hoodies when I only purchased 1 and although you have to contact them via email it was a pretty smooth and fast process to a solution Shipping was not fast but I knew it wouldn t be when I ordered It had stated the item was on backorder So they are good at keeping you informed

We bought 2 1 hoodies from them

We bought 2 1 hoodies from them 1 for me 1 for my girlfriend Both orders may have been 1 minute mabey 2 minutes appart I got mine in a few weeks which the add said hers just came so about a month or more later She tried to contact them i was told she didnt get a response Hoodies were good thin but warm and we did get them even know it was slow so 4 stars

Ordered through a promotion that was run in August Received conformation of my order but never received the item Contacted customer service and they could not find my order but agreed to honor the promotion 3 months later Even then it still took weeks for me to receive my item I can say that response by customer service was quick and helpful but the name FAST is not representative of the shipping practices of this company

My only complaint was receiving

My only complaint was receiving shipping notifications from two places both fast and the standard shipper Other than that quick and easy product Keep up the great work

Could be streamlined but still good

The process was a little confusing- received order confirmation than another email that canceled an order Then tracking was a little wonky Only one item was confirmed shipped and tracking But both items showed up in separate packages fast Overall an interesting experience I would order again

Patience

It took over a month for the product to ship but when it did it didn t take long until it arrived This might be because I live in a complicated area because of low stock or just me being a casualty I love my fast beanie
