I ordered 2 hoodies Received an email that due to all the difficulty in ordering I would receive a credit for 1 but nothing about canceling it Got a shipping confirmation for 2 hoodies Received 1 Sent an email about it received 2 responses - one that orders are still being filled and one that said I only ordered 1 hoodie

Can t beat 5

Editing from 3 stars to 4 for the quick reply and explanation from Fast regarding a request for review vs arrival time of the hoodie Ordering was simple and easy Took a while to get the hoodie but for 5 can t complain The hoodie itself is good quality and the print is well done Super soft on the inside and true to size The one thing that really threw me off was getting a request to review the hoodie before I got the hoodie in the mail

I ordered a Fast hoodie under the ParkerIsFastPromo They initially gave me the discount but today they charged me 30 00 for the hoodie Not an acceptable business practice Update After I contacted customer service they said it was a mistake with their system and refunded the 30 00 Raised rating from one star to four stars based on their actions Hoodies are on backorder due to volume so minus 1 star

A few glitches to start

Tracking was difficult at least initially Logging in the first time required a pin to be sent for verification I didn t receive a pin until trying several times over of the course of 2 days After that it seemed work ok and package arrived Can t beat the price of the sweatshirt thanks

Easy process and proper shipping

Easy process and proper shipping Slight delay in shipping but it was coming to Canada which can cause delays especially during todays times In addition there are many companies that don t ship internationally or even to Canada from the U S So that s a big plus Would recommend

I used the system when Parker mentioned

I used the system when Parker mentioned it on live TV and I assume LOTS of people tried to get the 1 hoodie SO it was a challenge to get through to payment but I did eventually and I got my hoody Not sure anyone could handle that much traffic but it worked so I am happy with that and I love the hoodie

My order was returned by sender

Updated rating after Fast expedited me a replacement following my contacting them and this review from one to four stars Original review below My order was returned by sender but there was no contact or notification about this attempt to fix it Currently it s showing as Shipped with a due date of a week ago UPS tracking shows The sender requested that we return this package on the 23rd Nov I ve contacted Fast about this will update my rating if I hear back

It took longer that I figured from ship moment until received at my house I do realize it is out of your hands at that point every thing else on the order was 100 satisfied Yes I will order from fast in the future PS- Don t ever put Regular Price in your info use something like Fast Price or Your Price Brad

The experience would have been better

The experience would have been better if your site had been able to handle the volume of people trying to use it By the time I was able to actually get to the checkout I was unable to get the size of sweatshirt I wanted The volume kept causing the site to time out Otherwise everything else was easy to do and understand

Paid for the item not shipped until this post

Paid for the item but it was never sent shipped Had to call the credit card company to dispute the transaction As for your reply no email with tracking has been received for my order I did look up the order on your site and funny enough Shipping Label Created 4 hours after I posted this complaint Did receive the hoodie today Thank you for the item I ve changed the rating to positive
