I absolutely love the app but I can t access any of the links sent to me in my email to get my personalized plan Nothing works I have no idea which fasting plan I m supposed to go with to meet my target weight as I filled out on the online quiz I m not sure if I m missing something I feel like I just paid for a membership I m only getting access to the free features for

I don t exercise with my phone on my body there is no facility to include your steps manually There is no facilty to include what you actually eat nor is there enough suggestions for days when you are not fasting so in effect I am using this as a timer currently I contacted them re money taken from my account got this response information in our system looks like you purchased a three-month auto-renewable plan for 53 11 GBP with a three-month trial of 25 99 GBP and that s the amount you were charged on 11 September 2023 However have so far within the first 2 weeks been charged 25 99 x 2 and 3 49 for 2 downloads that I supposedly ticked I wanted

There should be a way to add steps from your Fitbit or other phone apps or watches Currently not all steps are counted Also love to have a calorie counter inside the apps instead of having to use a different app

Continuing with the program Initially gained weight 2kg Possible additional fluids but nothing indicated this may happen Some of the additional information contradicts each other One says weigh each day another says once per week Some diet suggestions also contradict each other Otherwise I like the overall concept so far Hopefully I will see the anticipated results 5 days in and I am back to my starting weight but much more hydrated

I like the self monitoring the gradual integration and implementation Would prefer listing of items eaten at meal time and then counting success as in drinking and walking Many ethnicities therefore different foods

Easy to use I really like the tracking so you know when you ate last but I wish it knew when you have entered information instead of sending reminders that are irrelevant
