Scam clickbait phishing and data privacy infringements

I was baited by an ad promising a Keto Mealplan I pay the weekly trial version fee only then to be offered an app on fasting When I confronted them they claim that Keto Mealplans isnt something they offer clickbait On the Google Play review I wrote they said I can contact them for a refund I did but only to be told that no refunds are ever given I waived that right by subscribing It took me 4 requests to have them close my account and delete my personal information only for them to say that my details are already at 3rd party entities I received the refund but companies like these that use clickbait phishing techniques false advertising and misuse of personal data should be fined I already reported Funplex at Mastercard and Google now the other regulators

This is not an individual plan but simply a list of options to choose from You can easily set your own timers remindersAlso when it says pay for one month - it is only after payment it says its 30 a month subscription Beware its a waste of money

FastEasy is not Sincere

FastEasy just deducted 30 99 from my account for a subscription I made with them for 7 days not knowing that they will deduct payment for further subscription without my consent They had 3 options 7 days 30 days and 90 days and I opted for 7 days because it was what I could afford and just a trial I wasn t going to continue after the 7 days because I cannot afford it and never knew they would take my money this way otherwise I would never have subscribed to their 7 day trial The money was taken from my account this morning How did they even know how many days I would want to continue the subscription for even if I decided I wanted to continue I have requested for a refund and they are claiming its an automatic renewal Well they also have a 30 day money back guarantee clause so I ve requested for my refund but they ve not responded I have also cancelled the subscription which they ve acknowledged and I have not used their app for the renewal they deducted just this morning so I have requested for an immediate refund and waiting for their response

I was looking for a carb manager to help with keto diet and was led into signing up for the app I chose a month for 15 Suggestion for recipe choices included a breakfast shake with 39g carbs when I should only have 50g a day Choices were limited 4 and uninteresting Realised the app wasn t for me Cancelled the subscription immediately and asked for a refund of the 15 Was told I d be contacted in 24 hours I ve received no email Fees like a scam just to take initial payment No legitimate company should operate like this Very disappointed

Payment problems - Difficulty Cancelling

Having problems with the checkout I contacted the help center which was an internet chat Only got so far and then Got cut off Checked my PayPal account and there were X3 payments to Achtitech in spite of me cancelling the pre approved payment on PayPal I have emailed Achtitech and also PayPal I am awaiting a decision I am very upset and want my money back as I don t trust this company after having difficulties as described above

Misrepresentation

Wasted a morning getting in downloading app etc only to realise that the so-called keto diet doesn t include meat I was brought into the website through specific Keto diet high fat and protein low carb enquiries I paid the first month and then realised they were going to roll it over So I unsubscribed and incidentally they offered me an 80 discount ie just over 5 monthly to continue subscribing I then find that their diet plan is vegetarian To me this is misrepresentation to be kind about it

I ve downloaded the FREE app via Apple iTunes and a month later find I ve been billed US30 99 I ve never subscribed to any plan The App still says FREE on my iTunes account so Apple can t process a refund It smells like a scam to me

Pls note that after contacting you at the beginning to cancel as you had taken money out of my account I reported the issue to the bank who are investigating this as fraud and again today I see you are still taking MY money You do not reply to my emails and you web site is rubbish I am so Angry why cant you replyMonies were taken on the 29 8 n 15 1928 9 30 9930 10 30 0029 11 30 99These are the amount I would like refunded
