I ve lost one lb total and gained half a pound yesterday and today which is very discouraging to say the least I m sticking to the rules and not faltering one bit Gonna try another week of this and then see whats what

I subscribed for 3 month plan After downloading the app I realized there was nothing novel or unique and it wasn t AT ALL what I expected There were no specific meal plans calorie recommendations or exercise recommendations Simply a timer for fasting and water intake recommendations I immediately wrote support cancelling and requesting a refund The canned replies kept coming with each email I sent but no refund DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT UPDATE This morning after posting my one star review I was informed I will get a refund in the future so I upgraded to two stars Time will tell but If I do THANK YOU

I tried to cancel my subscription and they never got back to me after I responded to their automated response I then got charged again 3 months later and STILL can t seem to get a refund I m not sure actual humans work there as there s no phone number to contact anyone and all the messages seem to say the same thing with a persons name at the end I would not recommend using this unless you are prepared to lose money update- they finally gave me a refund Still a big headache

The only reason I give it two is because I liked it but once my subscription was over I had no access to see my past history on fasting It doesn t allow you to use anything on the app unlike other apps that you can use with free features like logging This app completely kicks you out of anything you have done until you resubscribe

I was attracted by the 30 Day Guarantee

I was attracted by the 30 Day Guarantee promised so purchased the 3-month program and downloaded the app It did not work on my older phone so I had to update my phone Once inside the app it really didn t offer anything other than the fasting feature different from my FitBit I cancelled my subscription and asked for the Guarantee to be honoured Nope - you have to try it for 14 days with screenshots of using it everyday and then apply for a refund The fine print also states that you may still not get a full refund due to any damages suffered by the company and a refund admin fee may be charged The service rep offered me a full year free in exchange which I feel is highly unfair Just because I wanted to cancel I should then get it for free Unfair business practice in my opinion Always read the fine print on any purchase anywhere I would not recommend this company

Useful for timing fasting period but could just use Apple click for free Was v disappointed that the daily menu plan did not provide links to recipes and couldn t find the ones in the plan amongst the list of recipes

I had just started this program and

I had just started this program and emailed some questions three times to the email provided under the contact us section I have not heard back from anybody yet and it has been one week I do not care for how you cannot link a Fitbit to the devise I walk more then 10 000 steps a day but cannot have my phone on me at work It literally looks like I take less then 600 steps in a day I will not be renewing after the three months that I had signed up for

Although the app says the info is specific to you its not its all very generic and repeats over and over

Update - you have NO rights to cancel and refund

Buyer beware - the company terms and conditions mean that you have no right under UK or EU consumer law if you try to cancel immediately after purchase they refuse a refund completely unacceptable under UK consumers law and I shall refer the matter to trading standards for investigation It seems to me these are the actions of a very questionable organisation I should in fairness add that on the third attempt and me contacting my credit card company and instituting chargeback on the fee the company agreed as a gesture to refund my card in full The refund was then completed in 24 hours - thank you

I m getting fatter

I follow the schedule of fasting I ve been on it for almost a week now And I ve gained 2lbs So it doesn t seem to be working g for me so I m extremely disappointed
