Highly Recommend Setting up a new business these guys helped me so much Epos system was streamlined and efficient due to the outstanding help I received from Callum Any issues I ve had he s been at the end of the phone to guid me through He went over and above on our first night of trade in a busy bar he hung about to make staff didn t have and issues with the new system Thanks FCT I ll be definitely recommending you to my friends and associates in the future

Outstanding customer service far and beyond any company I have ever dealt with Old fashioned personal touches and follow up calls Helping sorting situations just because their nice snd want to help people with no money changing hands just because that s what they do Exceptional customer service for my 4 Business I can praise these guys enough No pushy sales Very trustworthy VERY They will be my first call even now 4 months later checking all us OK NOW THAT S CUSTOMER SERVICE

We ve been a customer of Mark s with Utility Works Ltd which is owned by Future Corporate Technologies He s helped us in the transfer of energy suppliers Our previous supplier had particularly bad customer service and we had lots of issues with them Mark helped with all of this was very patient and spent a lot of time sorting it out for us Would highly recommend

Excellent Service The Vape Store Sunderland

As a local business The Vape Store were very impressed with Mark and Callum in helping me cut my costs by 1000 per annum against current costs and provide me with a new mobile card machine The option to also have same day funding in my bank is a massive benefit to my business Mark also helped me open a new business bank account and complete the card machine application which was hassle free I opened the bank account and received the new card machine within one week of agreeing to go ahead This is very impressive On delivery of the card machine through his brand cardconnect Callum then help me set up the card machine and explained all the functions so I did not waste any time in working out how to use it Mark then explained that he would also be able to look at my energy contract through his other company called Utility Works Ltd My energy contract is also due for renewal in the next couple of months so that is another thing he has helped me save time on So huge thank you Mark and Callum Your service and set up has been great for me and is much appreciated Paul

This Company Mark in particular went above beyond in resolving our problem both quickly efficiently Cannot recommend them enough we have been more than impressed with our SumUp machine which has reduced cash handling by a half has become an essential small business tool nowadays - first class

We are an exclusive restaurant and bar based in Gosforth Newcastle Upon Tyne that needed a fast and efficient service in installing a new gas meter to our new business premises Mark and his team were able to get a new gas meter installed and new gas supply contract agreed and live within 1 week of our initial discussion As we are hospitality we thought we may have issues with getting things sorted as energy suppliers are very fussy now due to uncertain times we are all facing The energy supplier that was recommended didn t ask for any upfront security guarantees and the rates were very low indeed The savings made on the new gas contract against what we had been quoted were excellent Thank you for the support We Highly recommend Mark at FCT to any business and especially to anyone in hospitality

Five stars isn t enough Out of hours service is outstanding From signing up to the on going support Never met or had the pleasure to work with such an honest company If I vpuld give 10 stars I would The on going support is outstanding They do not need give on going support BUT THEY DO and that s why I use them Thankyou so much for delivering the best customer service I ve ever had from another business
