If I could give zero stars I would

If I could I would give Fedex zero stars A package was due to be delivered last Friday The driver said there was nobody at the property yet I waited in all day I also registered a safe place and with a neighbour if no answer After contacting Fedex it was rescheduled for Monday yesterday same story - no package On contacting them today Tuesday it cannot be delivered until Wednesday I am not holding my breath Come on Fedex If I was called Wilson and on a remote island with Tom Hanks this would have been sorted

Utterly useless service Avoid

Utterly useless FedEx Next Day delivery was initially scheduled for 9 30-12 30 by 13 00 that got changed to 18 00 At 18 04 that changed to by the end of the day so could be anytime up to 23 59 59 on a Friday night I suspect this will change to sometime next week if you re lucky and we feel like it This company is a joke

I ordered a shoe and company ship it with fedex unfortunately It should be received on Tuesday But since tuesday there is no update on parcel and in online it shows warning message on a location I tried to contact with their live channels they don t help and have no idea where my parcel is Awful service How will I take my money back if they lose it Contact with me as soon as possible Tracking number 771671857333

Shame you can t rate a 0 Constantly saying they tried to deliver yet I work from home They never leave slips to prove this either I live in a gated area so I suspect they just can t be asked to get out of the van and walk it to my door This happens evertime fedex has been the company delivering my parcel They are cheap that s why companies use them but cheap doesn t mean good They are let downs time and time again Fedup of fedex and their lazy drivers and lack of customer service

Awful company and service

Awful company and service Expected a parcel to be delivered for the third time today and cancelled my shipment last notice and placed it for the following day when I won t be home Am I expected to stay at home the whole and wait for the parcel Left a comment with the safe place which they ignored twice Informed them via email about the days I won t be in and the one that I will be home of course no consideration of the email just to attempt and fail the task attending when I wasn t in too much chasing without results even the app wasn t working to manage the delivery A total waste of time no resolution and no customer fairness I will definitely stay far from them No 77168950186

Fraudulent gangsters

I ordered boots from schuh which cost 40 Had email saying they were delivered They weren t When I emailed fedex they said they had a signed invoice to say I received the boots I did NOT sign any document because I wasn t even at home They sent me a copy and it s not my signature Absolutely useless and this is fraudulent In the meantime I m 40 out of pocket as Schuh are saying they were delivered

This is the worst delivery company I have ever seen They left me a card saying I need to sign for my parcel No tracking number Made me download their app so I could scan th barcode to follow the delivery First it said they would deliver yesterday they didn t Now they say Monday before 6pm but it needs a signature and neither me or my neighbour are home because we both work It doesn t let me change the delivery day need for signature or even delivery address so I can get it delivered to my work Nothing I even tried creating an account which I hate still nothing Tried their website nothing Tried calling them all I got was an irritating automatic bot telling me to go to their website Absolutely appalling I will never use them again or buy anything from any seller who I know uses them for delivery

FedEx has been lying for a week now

FedEx has been lying for a week now I keep receiving emails saying that the delivery driver has missed me as if it s my fault for not opening the door However I have CCTV footage proving that no one from FedEx has attempted delivery When I try to address the situation with online customer service they are apologetic but unable to resolve the issue Despite multiple phone calls and chats I still haven t received my package

What the F happened to Fedex Parcels always late by two-three days no update or explanation causing problems with people I deal with There are much cheaper companies out there who provide an excellent service with no hidden extra costs I ve had people waiting in all day to find out by the end of the day that the parcel has been delayed by another day costing me and others money and time The icing on the cake is the AI customer service Ask it to elaborate and the thing repeats the same regurgitating parrot phrase and you still didn t get your question answered

Useless inept company

Useless inept company I should have bought my headphones from amazon then I would have received them instead of the company that uses fedex I paid 5 quid for next day delivery n waited in on the date FedEx said they would deliver only to receive an email saying the package couldn t be delivered n it s reseduled for 3 days time Really annoying I don t know when I will receive it so might just use amazon n send the headphones back If they ever arrive
