Arrived on time but not delivered to where I asked Just dumped outside in all weathers and for everyone to see directly under a sign asking couriers to STOP leaving my parcels in the rain and to please use the designated parcel box I even followed the link provided to say where to deliver to if I wasn t in - in the box or to a neighbour

Would give 1 star but sometimes can be great We use fedex every day and to be honest when we start getting complaints about our company when it is fedex at fault makes it very hard Even 3 times in one week did not turn up to collect and its a shame as I said when they are good they are great AUTOPOST

Pitiful outsourced customer service leaves much to be desired
Previously they were OK but over the last few months there has been a persistent issue with post getting to the regional depot and just staying there for days on end I tried to contact their customer service to find out what is going on and found myself on a chat applet with an assistant who took an average of eight minutes to respond to each message I disconnected and tried again same story It seems the rot has hit FedEx now I guess I ll try UPS next as they re the only one left now

My wife found a missed you card in our letterbox on Friday Surprising as I was in all day and my buzzer didn t go I was expecting a parcel at some point though that seemed a bit soon also the sender requested permission to pass on my contact details to the courier so I was rather expecting some kinds of head up from Fedex when it was going to be delivered but that never happened There was nothing at all written on the card so I wondered if it was even for me or whether it was meant for another flat in my building wouldn t be the first time I got a card meant for someone else I tried asking Fedex s customer service online and they refused to give me any info without the 12 digit tracking number well I didn t have that all I had was the number on the card but that wasn t sufficient apparently So someone buzzed my door on Monday and when I tried to answer on the intercom the guy was already talking to someone else in my building I really wish delivery people would give a person at least a few seconds to answer their intercom before they go buzzing other flats Anyway after the dude had the gall to complain about the chaos in the hallway yeah chaos caused by his buzzing multiple flats it did turn out to be what I was expecting His screen kept flipping to something else when I tried to sign though so eventually he just did some mark himself What a kerfuffle So I ll give 3 stars simply for actually getting my parcel to me better than some but I don t think much of the lack of communication unhelpful customer service or delivery staff who buzz a bunch of flats instead of waiting a bit for someone to get to their intercom

They delivered but tracking and robot chat could be improved
To be fair this review relates to the last week of Xmas deliveries So whether it s better at other times I can t say The initial tracking expected delivery time was if anything over-optimistic But it said it would be here on Wednesday morning so I took them at their word It never came it was still at the other end of the country by nightfall according to the tracking No update or apology message for not fulfilling their estimate and the robot chat was less than useless as it just kept telling me on Wednesday afternoon that it will future tense used be delivered on Wednesday morning message repeatedly 6 hours LATER - end of Weds afternoon - by robot chat I stayed in all day which I would not have done if they had not given me such an over-optimistic and unrealistic delivery time In the end it turned up without warning at 8 50 next morning while I was at the shop I intended to shop the previous day but didn t due to the tracking message To be fair it was Xmas week and they did deliver I reasonable time My feedback to them is not the service which was good for xmas week My issues are 1 The tracking system is potentially very useful but the one they have is worse than not having one if it gives unreliable data and you change your plans because of it 2 Also the silly robot chat in the era of chat GPT it should be much more intuitive now In conclusion it delivered the product in good time but their technology and tracking information caused me stress and needs improving I d probably give 3 5 stars but there is no such thing and I can t give 4

While I have always had trouble free deliveries with FedX I have deducted two stars because if booked through a third party it is not possible to view proof of delivery

My parcel got damaged
My parcel got damaged In Transit and it took them two weeks to give me the report Stansted got it on Dec 09 and I get report on Dec 22 Now I do not have the parcel or money back how Fedex will not pay out to the company I bought it from I have lost 254 25 Canadian Dollar in Total 176 27 Canadian Dollar is for Shipping in Pound it is 154 88 in total and Shipping in Pound is 107 37Now I need to get the money back for the credit card company Update 27 02 23 - They have great replace it

Christmas Parcel
I sent a parcel to USA with all Christmas goodies in it however when it had almost reached its destination it was intercepted at Customs because Prior Notice Confirmation was not attached to the parcel It took several days for me to complete the form it wasn t easy at all Finally the parcel was delivered to the address It is not so simple to send a parcel to USA

Overly complicated
Complicated you have to register with them before trying to contact them even if they are delivering to you then you can t contact them other than email or web assistant then they don t recognise your shipment tracker no advise you to go to TNT then they send you back to Fedex Finally got an email address for TNT customer services they sent a reply delivery will be the next day 20mins later driver at door All good as long as you don t have to contact them
