WOW I am impressed

WOW I am impressed At love wild birds we send out speciality bird food and gift boxes up and down the country This is the first time I have used them Bought next day delivery and guess what they did deliver next day The busiest week of the year I honestly did not expect it I can not say that for some of the others especially now now I will certainly be using you lot again

Real person really helpful

I had a missed delivery and found a phone number for the Crumlin depot The phone was answered immediately by Trish a real person who was very helpful and sorted out the issue A lady called Una was also helpful

Delcio What a guy

Was expecting a delivery between 1pm and 6pm It arrived at 11am how good is that My driver Delcio was outstanding He buzzed my intercom 5 times before I could get to the door I am disabled Normally drivers buzz once then go and rearrange a new delivery date Delcio is a fantastic credit to your company Warm friendly and so polite Extremely helpful Please look after this young man and pass on my thanks and gratitude

Excellent service Crayford depot staff

Had a parcel scheduled for delivery but urgent need to travel to Italy due to family medical emergency Therefore arranged to collect parcel before we departed to airport Staff at Crayford depot couldn t have been more helpful friendly polite Thank you Cant remember the last time we received such a good service

Dean who does the Colchester route has officially restored my faith in posties I ve recently moved house a parcel that needed signing for kept going to my old address Dean drove it to my new address I was out working when I phoned him back he actually turned around came back to re-deliver the parcel so I didn t have further issues going forwards Truly an eagle amongst pigeons

Don t know where all these poor reviews are coming from I ordered my Optimum nutrition Gold standard whey protein which I order twice per year As usual was sent an email saying Fedx were delivering Was delivered four days after ordering and between the delivery window on my email Couldn t have been happier
