Does this company actually exist My packages are weeks late and there is no way to contact them I have put a chargeback through PayPal for what I bought from Temu as they are just as bad

Worst delivery service on the planet

They are so bodgy my package they say was delivered but no photo and I have no idea where they left it it certainly wasn t at my door You CAN NOT GET HOLD OF ANYONE NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICE THE HUT USES THEM AND WONT USE ANYONE ELSE MY MERCHANDISE IS GONE AND THEY ARE UNCONTACTABLE VERY POOR TERRIBLE COMPANY

Courier picks up parcels and keeps them for days before delivering the package

DISHONEST Delivery Company

You get an automated email saying they attempted to deliver or call but not true waited for an item to come all the way from China then when it arrived in Australia it got returned to sender in China no one attempted to deliver and I did not receive any call

Package didn t arrive but marked as delivered prior to delivered mentioned my address is not sufficient Tried contacting Fast Horse customer phone number doesnt exist Emailed and no response for over a week Been going to different addresses to check whether it was delivered at another address to no availability
