Driver drove past the delivery address to the building at the back Didn t even go into the reception of that building and gave the package to a complete stranger in a commercial storage yard I was able to see events unfold on security cameras the next day Would be good to have the option to choose your provider when ordering from an overseas supplier Definitely wouldn t use if I had the choice

Delivering to a business address First time in 14 years working in this address Fast Horse couriers had no safe place for the parcel in 2 attempts to deliver during office hours Reception and warehouse inwards goods were open in the alleged delivery dates and time My colleague had the same experience She decided to go to the Fast Horse Express NZ depot to pick up her parcel after courier s 2 delivery attempts
