Our 19 day trip to Morocco

Our overall impression of our 19 day trip to Morocco was FABULOUS Everything was extremely well organised and the accommodation was varied and just perfect for us We visited amazing sights and all local guides were friendly informative and helpful Our driver Said really made our trip memorable He was punctual thoughtful caring and had a delightfully gentle sense of humour His driving was exemplary he drove confidently and safely always observing speed limits and road conditions He had a very good knowledge of the many different areas we travelled to He kept the car clean and well-maintained Said certainly made our 19 days in Morocco a very happy time for us For us the whole experience was a highlight

Whole trip was awesome The professional and knowledgeable guides they provided made a huge difference when seeing the sites of Pompeii Capri the Vatican Colosseum etc Winery tours were also great

Well planned and executed visit to Paris

Well planned and executed visit to Paris Hotel guides pickup drop off etc couldn t have been better Traveled with my daughter and granddaughter We focused on enjoying ourselves and making lasting memories Details were handled by others Have used Firebird in the past and will use Firebird in the future

First trip to Rome

We made our first trip to Rome this fall We wanted to make sure that the experience would be as rich and rewarding as possible After interviewing other tour companies we relied on Firebird Tours to plan our trip- they did not disappoint Everything from the hotel accommodations the guided tours transportation were all fabulous Every detail of the trip was delivered as Firebird described it in the plan Another positive about Firebird is their continuous communication through the planning process right up to the actual trip Firebird also has a useful app where the traveler can access all of the trip information at any time We will definitely call on Firebird Tours to plan our future international travel in the future Tom Jane

True professional support just perfect

True professional support Lisa was my contact person for the entire time of the booking and during the trip she communicated with me promptly Going to Tromso Bergen Oslo Copenhagen and many many more little towns in between to witness the Northern Lights was difficult but Lisa made it quite manageable and pleasant All tours and pickups from my hotels and airports were perfect

Well organized and delightful guides

The tour guides were excellent and the hotel accommodations were exceptional When there was a glitch with the one train due to a strike Firebird gave us a complimentary river cruise which was much appreciated It was a treat not to have to plan anything other than where we wanted to eat dinner
