I used Firefly more than 10 times in Bratislava Never had any issues Smooth pickup and returnNo hidden feesNice staffThey may have border crossing fees but I would suggest you to read t c before you confirm the booking or make the reservation on Hertz page which is much more expensive and you get everything included I used them last week pickup took less than 5min I dropped the key in the keybox when returning Received the invoice the next day I can only recommend The only negative side is that I don t really see them on the argus rhino page anymore since last week

Car rental without any problems Car was new clean and parked directly at the airport No shuttle neededCar return was quick Only disadvantage was that there was no staff controlling the car at return and we had to trust that our deposit wouldn t be cashed But no problem everything was handled 100 accurate

I have rented from firefly at malaga airport 30 times in the last 8 years with no problems I like the fact if you see any existing damage you take photo s which you can either email or show on your return The vehicle is inspected with you on return so you can deal with any issues at the time as necessary The choice of vehicle and price is good

The courtesy and civility of the T1 office staff is commendable and highly appreciated Everything clearly explained and options provided and explained as well Definitely not being Spaniards but Spanish speaking people makes a difference Unfortunately too many bad experiences with Spaniards and their typical bad mood and verbal abuse makes me rather trust Latin American people such as Argentinians and Venezuelans Good job Keep it up
