Shane our development manager is a beacon of light since he has been here and very efficient in all the tasks implemented have been of a high standard Social life in Forest Lodge has become very enjoyable and last month he organised a karaoke evening that gave the residents the time of their life with individuals given a chance to sing their favourite songs with the backing of us all The equipment was acquired and setup by him complete with disco lights to capture the mood Well done Shane has organised a bingo get together which my wife and I are looking forward to this evening Keep it up Shane you are doing well Thank youEarl Josie

Just had the residents lounge updated

Just had the residents lounge updated in Forest Lodge East Grinstead with beautiful furniture and carpet Doesn t look like an elderly people s home anymore Looks fantastic and Shane the Home Manager put a lot of effort into making this homely for all the residents Well done

Susan Cowan - Pinfold Court

I moved into Pinfold Court two weeks ago and Susan immediately made me feel very welcome and introduced me to a lot of the other residents She is our Development Manager and works very hard and has arranged many events for us including Bingo Quizzes and already has the Christmas meal booked She keeps us informed of any upcoming events and health and safety we need to be aware of God bless you SusanHilary

Soil Pipe Leak - FDC Sutton Surrey

Linda Franklin was such a great help with the leak from the flat above s soil pipe into our ground floor flat Linda acted quickly and arranged the necessary contractors to attend the same day Updates were provided and our tenant in the flat was kept updated also The whole process from the leak being reported located and isolated repairs carried out to rectify the leak and the drying time before remedial work could be completed in our flat was all seamless thanks to Linda s assistance and knowledge Expectations were managed and the remedial work completed through the insurance which Linda also dealt with Thank you Linda you were helpful professional and responsive

There was an unavoidable flood recently into my parents flat and Jamie-Lee really went out of her way to ensure all the repairs went as smoothly as possible She took on all the stress herself and did everything she possibly could not to pass any of it onto the family We cannot thank her enough

Have used guest home a few times and must say all ways clean and tidy and with addition of mini fridge even better but would love to have WiFi available in room Finally may I say Louise does a fantastic job and always helpful
