I dont recommend this company i bought brand new Honda HRV and it was without foot mats and when i complained its without foot mats sales guy told me its an extra feature Its a basic thing in a car i bought Audi and Mercedes and everything was included If these were not included i should been told in advance

I bought a 4 year old Toyota Aygo from them in Swindon they promised new mats spare key some dents need painting and fixing delivery on a Sat mobile phone stand dents and the scratches and dents were all supposed to be completely fixed spare key new mats phone stand as well as a full tank of petrol 70 full in reality Reality was different delivery was late so I lost money on a residential parking permit and insurance The things I mentioned weren t all delivered but sales talked very well though They could have resprayed it all with the delay Caveat Emptor Buyer Beware If they promise a lot Well They seem keen on selling extra warranty but bear in mind the service level and broken promises we did get a 50 pound coupon oh it doesn t seem to work so no compensation at all

My personal experience and review - Service for 60K miles paid 597 service price 332 00 tyre replaced Issue after service - tyre bulged driven to fill fuel Original tyre cross climate service center replaced with Nexen without consulting Issue blamed on driving Paid extra 54 to get that damaged tyre replaced Oil leakage issue was investigated on 25th Oct Email from Service Center On inspection of the oil leak we have found oil leaking from induction hose seeping out exhaust cam sensor This could be caused by a turbo breathing problem We would first start by recommending to replace the turbo to intercooler hoses induction pipe then review the issue If a new turbo is required the cost would be 1900 00 The cost of replacing the turbo to intercooler hoses induction pipe 566 00 Service center provided me options to work through for fixing the oil leak with the high expenses The choice for me is to go with replacing the hose pipe and if the problem is not fixed then the turbo - technical team was not capable of finding the root cause I took the vehicle to a RAC approved service center who identified the broken hose pipe replaced it The total cost towards the oil leak investigation and fix replacing rear brake pads and MOT cost me 346 pounds The car is running great - no issues I did not have to worry about how to work through the steps to fix the problem - that is for service centers and the reason bringing the car to them While the cost of working with service center is way too high for service totalled 597 44 including the repairs and then the tyre bulge that cost me additional 54 pounds I even met fish brothers kia sales team to sell the car but the valuation was disappointing and they reduced 2000 pounds citing turbo issues Reply from fish bros service Manager We have provided you with a cost and advice that has allowed you too make an informed decision at no cost to you I can confirm that I am happy with the quotes and service provided and hope your decision to have work done elsewhere works out well for you Summary 1 Cost of service is high2 Wont ask you what tyre to fit issue of tyre bulge blamed on driving while the car was driven only to fuel station 3 Service center not capable of finding root cause provides expensive troubleshooting steps to customers Also concerns when you are dependent on the car and when MOT is due in couple of days you are tightly locked

My partner bought a 3 year old seat off these robing With they re seat approved full warranty and 30 day money back guarantee Not worth the paper or ink Had issues in the 2 weeks took back to local dealers as it had a rattling under load And engine management light on told her it was a ega issue Called them to say it had issues did reply for 5 days Car was out of the garage 8 days and back again engine management ligth on again this time was told by local dealer that the car wasn t repairable as it was adblue ega and a few other things So ended up stopping the payments and having to go through seat customer services Got it resolved FB saying it was the local dealers swasea had uploaded the wrong updates on the software Partner said no to having the car being returned her and seat agree But FB then took a1k off the money due to her having the cheek to have driven the car and put miles on it Oh it was put back up for sale at the same price as before so doubling they re money In car industry in general needs a kick up the In what other industry would you be treated like this Also when they came to get they re car back and the or dastardly it drive her car down to prove there was not thing wrong with it And removed personal stuff out of the car and damaging it It got to the point where she just given up with them and doesn t want to to complain I wouldn t by a car off this group

Why was no stars not an option
Only gave 1 star because none wasn t an option Bought a 2018 Kia Sportage 2021 within 12 months the Catalytic converter had to be replaced took a month to get it booked and fixed Another 6 months and the Clutch and Master Slave had gone back to Kia for repair but couldn t book me in for at least 3-4 weeks so had to take to another garage Now a further 6 months on and the RAC have rescued me for the 3rd time in 2 years no fuel getting to the engine so car won t start RAC got it running just to get to Kia but guess what yes that s right you ll have to leave it here till we can fit you in for 3 weeks time we need all your paperwork for warranty but it won t be covered anyway So now I have a car that only starts intermittently and Kia aren t interested in helping No customer service at all will have to take to my own mechanic to have looked at but tempted to just empty the car and leave it there and tell them to cancel the contract as I am over half way through Will never recommend and will never buy another car from the dealership Buyers beware

I purchased the new Nissan X Trail Tekna plus 50k car We were missold the car and missold finace and told car comes with 22inch wheels and remote climate control It doesn t It doesn t even exist on this model Car wasn t serviced as promised scratch marks engine makes strange noises driver door doesn t close properly battery doesn t charge properly All true no lie You just can t believe it Noone really bothers to call you back or email oh after several weeks of chasing they offered a minor service and 1 regular service for free as a good will gesture Yeah right Don t trust this company and don t buy from them Reported to the Motor Ombudsman and Financial conduct authority FCA and Nissan head office Everyone needs to do the same as they will help get your money back

My partner phoned about a nissan qashqai tekna on Saturday but as office was shut she left an email even though they were still open Only to ask how many owners from new and service info no re-directed phone line and as yet now reply so I m glad I bought the car from somewhere else as if u can t be bothered to sell a car then what would u be like if I had any issues with the car had I bought it Lucky escape I suppose so take note as this tells u everything u have been warned
