Fish Brothers run the online business Toyota Direct Parts a co uk domain of the same name The site allowed me to search for a part that goes on my car After placing the order I was contacted to collect a registration number and then informed that the 4 part will not fit I require a 100 assembly instead When I said I was not interested in the upgrade order TDP-1815 was cancelled and refunded Meanwhile I found another online vendor happy to sell me the 4 part It fits the car

For the second year running I had tried to arrange an MOT for my Kia to find there was no availability at Fish Brothers This was despite having given them more than one months notice on both occasions No wait time slots no courtesy car option

Just had my Toyota Prius serviced and MOT the service carried out was okay but last year I had a Full Service with MOT and this service was only an intermediate but cost an extra 4 86 the collection from my home was okay but I was disappointed that on return the car had not been cleaned and was just as dirty as it left Also I noted that on the Invoice that the car failed the HHC test but this information was not passed to me or what I need to do

A dash cam that I can t use
I bought a dash cam for my Toyota Yaris I was disappointed that it didn t come with instructions for my car model which has a fuse box inside the engine bay despite me putting all the details of my car during the purchase I then tried to contact them to return the item and used their return form on their website No answer I tried calling No answer Left a voice mail and was not contacted back I then emailed them asking at least for instructions for my car No answer The item I bought is in perfect condition but it s sitting inside the box because I didn t have a reply from their costumer service team
