Quick response and delivery

I needed a part for my Renault which when ordered from Euros was nothing like the existing part so had to try find a genuine part I came across Fish Brothers when looking online Renault Parts Direct and having read some other reviews was sceptical but they had what I needed I emailed before placing the order to confirm the part was in stock and how quickly it would be delivered They responded almost straight away confirming item in stock and 1 -2 days delivery so I placed the order online Within half an hour I had a notification from DPD they had received my order details and the item was delivered the next day The price was very competitive and service was excellent

Popped into the KIA dealer and spoke to Dave in service with a problem with my Picanto he was very helpful and seems to have a technical background I ordered a part from Sam and collected it the next day Brilliant service from both of you

Purchased a new Qashqai all via telephone and email The whole process was seamless with clear communication all the way through Harry in particular guided us through the process with great professionalism As an example we were in a local service station and the Business manager paid for our fuel unknown to us and therefore If you want first class customer service then we would fully recommend this garage Keep up the great work
