Not enough time

As someone in the obese category I found a lot of the floor exercises very difficult and restrictive considering I also have a knee replacement Not enough time to get from the floor to standing I like most of the exercises but just struggle with some

To much information in a short time

To much information in a short time period I do regularly work out since 2019 Tuesday Thursday and Saturday usually 11am- 2pm LA fitness in Port Orange FL I have had diabetes 2 for 33 years doing well with it Approaching 70th Happy happy i m probably not going to muscle conditioning just maintain with what I have done

All is well interesting APP However one point is needed to be improved - history You can not see the history you can not check past exercises I mean if you missed some day and would like to recover or to check which activity you have not done you can not see it any more Simple example you have not reached STEPs target yesterday and want to see how many you are missing - it is impossible Others is ok but also hard to compare since I have not seen many apps -

Overall very good with some improvement needed

Overall very good Got me in shape quickly Lots of dynamic and diverse exercises Main issue is they don t combine the different workouts that you want For example if you want to do Pilates and a hiit workout they don t combine the two to make one workout They each have a warm up and cool down so you have to figure it out yourself which is not that bad just surprising as it makes sense for them to combine everything in a smart way

Great workouts meal plan needs a lot of work

So far I ve enjoyed the services provided by Fit Coach The videos are extremely helpful and the daily reminders are great The meal plan needs a lot of work the meal plan portion is extremely disappointing as it just randomly selects meals with no prior guidance I d recommend listing out meals so the user can select a weeks worth at a time and a grocery list could be generated Resolve this issue and you have a near flawless app

what is good i appreciate the diversity of exercises and stretches and their focus on increasing range of motion SUPER frustrating you are LOCKED INTO your workout schedule once it s set I realize the majority of folk probably have a static work life schedule So a 30 day schedule is more than easy to set and adhere to For someone whose weekly schedule is more dynamic or fluid some flexibility on a workout schedule would be appreciated I d like to be able to swap or shift the rest days But Nope If I m unable to do a workout on the scheduled day I lose the work out The only way to get the full workout routine in would be to improvise something on a rest day or just resign myself to an extra rest day

Needs work

I am disappointed that your app does not sync with Fitbit or Google Fit the steps displayed in FitCoach are never even close to my Fitbit Charge Also there is no option to sync the weigh-in from any appliances There is also no option to amend End of Fast if forgotten at mealtime

Overall it s a good app and good

Overall it s a good app and good workout I don t like that there is no way to add diet and exercise info that isn t in the built in program For example if I choose to use my spin stationary bike the app doesn t allow me to get credit nor can I enter my water calorie fat protein etc intake to get a full picture of my progress

I want help and am a bit disappointed

Today s workout was harder than the one I viewed on my first day That s probably because I didn t respond to the prompt to tell you if it was too hard or too easy The workout timing was a little fast for me I needed more time to prepare When I signed up I was excited to begin but was immediately disappointed I felt cheated by the immediate upsell so I put off getting into it I believe you should price your product to cover the cost of the very best program you can provide and then offer discounts to people who do not need want all the available help Alternatively you could present all the alternatives before a person signed up so they could determine initially what options they want to purchase Now that I ve seen what you offer I may repurchase and be prepared for what options I want after I ve had time to think I believe using a clock to hurry force a choice is not a tactic to use if you want to project an image of a company who really cares about and wants to help people who struggle with body issues

I am almost 60 and my exercising has been minimal at best Your program has fit my age and lifestyle very well I enjoy the exercises that you provide the pace the challenge and most importantly I enjoy the way I feel afterwards
