The outcome I didn t expect

The scheme put into it based on level per day week And the outcome is as expected of the app which makes the app unique The app focuses on every part of the body I love yoga the most cause it s the hardest and definitely for stamina and stability The only thing missing is the music to motivate the more External music connected to phone stops at every change of exercise Music should be added to stabilise the cutting of exercise to tap the screen multiple times Not shredded yet but I m liking this outcome Every other app I ve used till date wasn t focusing on the full body as fitness coach app I m happy I found it through Instagram

I really like the fitcoach app The ability to build a custom workout on the schedule that works for me is great The variety of workouts keeps me interested Looking forward to updates to make it even better

I started with Fitcoach workouts six months ago because of pain back In these days I m in a great mood I wake up with 7 minutes exercises every morning I need just a basic equipment as a dumbbells AB wheel Thank you very much

Variety of ways to move and get excercise

I have enjoyed using the app since it has reminded me of the need to keep moving It gives some great ways to move and have some fun in the process I would continue but the cost was just a bit more than I wanted to pay

I have only just started but so far this seems good I like the reminders and options for level of fitness there is a great deal of information available I will give a more accurate review in a couple of weeks

Tracking my fast and short workouts

I like the ability to track my fasts and change my needs I love the short workouts I also like the customization of going for weight loss or muscle building The only reason for the 4 stars is that when I switched to building muscle the app got a bit confused and only gave me one day a week of strength training

First of all i liked the questions that helped me to express my needs Moreover i enjoyed the variety of workouts that keeps me motivated and avoids boredom Additionally i found the instructions really helpful to avoid injuries and feel supported Finally i can follow the rhythm without feeling exhausted thanks to the level of exercises and the breaks
