The app is helpful

The app is wonderful but sometimes I don t have my phone on me and my steps aren t counted because of that and I can t manually add them It s also frustrating when I am using the treadmill and my hands are on the heart rate monitors so I can t hold my phone for thr steps to count there either I like the suggestions for making food buy haven t ever made any of it I like the fasting clock but I forget to set it and then I can t edit to show how often I actually fasted I also don t like that I can enter my weight but it doesn t have a graph to show my progress It only shows how many pounds til I hit my goal I have lost my setting twice and had to start over I sometimes try to start the app and it is completely frozen I still hive it 5 stars because I think you guys really care about making it better

I never thought I d say this but thanks to FitCoach I really like working out It s easy to use the workouts presented are spot-on and challenging especially when you increase your level I ve been using FitCoach for six months now and have no issues with the app or the company It is funny that after 5 months I was presented with the congratulations you ve completed the 28-day challenge which then prompted to rework my workout routine Better late than never - I m still going strong and love the results I ve been getting This is coming from someone who never exercised in his life Now I can t live without it Keep up the good work FitCoach

Very solid program Customizable to my level and love that it s just the exercises with guidance so no music and no over enthusiastic loud instructors like apple I can keep up while traveling right in my room with no equipment needed After 3 months my body feels great Highly recommend

Really easy to use with a good varied programme of exercises that keep things interesting and are now part of my daily early morning routine I ve been using the app since April and am really pleased with the results I m a 47-year-old guy and play a lot of football and go for regular runs but I m now in the best shape I ve ever been in It s also helped strengthen muscles and stay injury free to enjoy football running MTB etc
