I needed my beats headphones fixing as they weren t sitting on my head properly and part of the plastic had cracked I sent photos to Louis and he told me what I needed to have done and how much it would be I sent them off and when they were returned I was absolutely delighted with the results The whole process was very quick and efficient Thank you so much - Highly recommend using this company

First time using fixheadphones and they were brilliant Needed my headband replacing for my beats studio 3s They received my headphones on Wednesday and had my headphones fixed and repaired on the Friday Very easy and good communication and updates throughout Would highly recommend

Excellent and responsive service
Used fixheadphones last week to repair my son s Beats Studio 3 which had developed a couple of issues despite careful use since purchase They were very responsive and polite at every interaction and the headphones were away for a total of 4 days which was quite impressive as part of the repair was a complete strip down of one side to replace the inner casing They came back in excellent condition and are working flawlessly

I ve been meaning to send off my beats for a while as I was a little put off wanting to send in the post to a company I ve not heard of before however the communication and service has been excellent and would definitely use them again I sent my beats off and got them repaired returned in less than a week Great service

Amazing highly recommended
I highly recommend using this service the quality of service is beyond expectations Starting with getting a quote for the work by sending photos and then sending the item to be fixed getting the final quote which was the same nothing added other than return postage then getting it fixed and returned Posted on Monday it returned on Thursday all fixed and good as new Absolutely amazing Also good communication all the way through

Beats solo3 repair
I sent my wireless beats solo3 off for an ear pad repair on the Thursday and received them back the following Tuesday I was very sceptical and unsure whether to send them as it was a website I d found online but the whole communication including my queries was fantastic They responded to me emails promptly and kept me updated with when they had been repaired and sent back out to me They even fixed my headband free of charge My beats look as good as new and I am so happy I sent them off Would use this company again and would 100 recommend
