Great prices in comparison but getting

Great prices in comparison but getting switched over could have been smoother and felt like a few staff wernt that interested really Had to send a few chasing emails as my first contact to flogas was on holiday perhaps I m expecting a bit much but thought it was a good thing to move over from one energy supplier to another especially for the new supplier Anyway was with flogas in my last house and new house was with another company who also wasn t that bothered to retain me until it was too late then they came after me offering better rates which still didn t match flogasAll very odd really

Great gas delivery from James Baynham

James Baynham arrived this morning to top up our tank Can t recall meeting James before but very pleasant guy service with a smile Gas tank was already at 64 but always god to be topped up before Christmas Thankyou Flogas James

No one is perfect but they are trying

I switched to Flogas when Calor ruthlessly withdrew the small gas cylinders that so many boats and RV caravans rely on Their admin has certainly not been flawless and deliveries were affected but their staff have gone the extra mile to sort things out every time Particular mention to Jo Kamera at Avonmouth who is a real star

Semi satisfied customer

Shaz whom I dealt with via email was excellent She replied to my emails promptly and gave me an acceptable quote when renewing my 2 year contract I would give her 5 Unfortunately Flogas prices are fairly high and their tank rental has gone up significantly over the years I don t know why as there is no maintenance involved They also don t really give a better price for long standing customers The automatic top up system I must say is excellent as I don t have to worry about running out of gas
