Great product but slow logistics
Second Update 4 starsReview improved because the installation kit was of really good quality and installation process was smooth Would be 5 stars if they upgraded their logistics team Things which could be improved are to use a different courier service to Australia or add an option for express delivery Finally received the iPhone 13 mini edge to edge screen protector 28 days after shipping I m not the best when it comes to applying screen protectors so 1 tiny speck of dust got under the screen protector but I can t be bothered to re-do everything so I ll just live with it Skill issue aside the big phone sticker for dust removal makes life so much easier I am just an average consumer so the ease of application of screen protector is a very big deal to me One interesting thing to note was the amount of protection around the actual screen protector tough cardboard packaging product box and finally a hard plastic backing for the actual screen protector there s almost no way the screen protector will get broken during transit A possible problem for those who want it delivered to Australia is that you have to take a chance with their dodgy courier service Update 2 starsReview improved because of speedy full refund Original review 1 starThis review is for order 101567 placed on 2nd May 2022 and shipping started on 5th May 2022 I strongly recommend anyone buying FLOLAB s products to go through PayPal for buyer protection I m reviewing the customer service because I have not received the product despite the product reaching the destination location I have tried to contact FLOLAB s customer service request 81448 because I tried to tell them that my parcel has reached the DESTINATION LOCATION on 18th May 2022 As of right now 1st June 2022 it has been 2 weeks in Perth destination location and still not delivered I explicitly stated that I have contacted the last mile delivery courier via email and phone I have also sent screenshotted email replies from the courier service to FLOLAB The parcel is in a warehouse a 30 minute drive away from where I live I even offered to drive down to pick up my package but was told by the courier company that I couldn t do that until the courier has made an unsuccessful delivery FLOLAB s customer service team s response was to give me the phone number and email of the courier and proceeded to tell me to reach out to the courier again 1 They did not address my problem read what I told them Also I have already contacted the courier before contacting FLOLAB 2 Pushing the responsibility of following up with the courier to the customer Let s say that even if I did not contact the courier it is not unreasonable for me to expect FLOLAB to conduct their own independent investigation into the matter as they are the ones who are using this courier service From the reviews I have seen I personally think FLOLAB has a good product but no matter how good the product it s pointless if the product can t reach the customer This shopping experience is soured by dodgy logistics and poor communication throughout Even though the customer service team did offer a speedy refund that s the only time they actually responded within a decent timeframe As of 1st June 2022 there is no option for express delivery to Perth so I can t even choose a faster and more reliable courier for delivery Even if FLOLAB wants to say that they cannot do anything about it because it s the courier s fault who chose to hire this courier in the first place
